I went thru the drive thru yesterday. They had two people taking my order and because of it they took my order wrong. Which resulted in not only me getting the wrong item at the end but the cost being $5 more than what I ordered. When I noticed this I immediately went in and tried to get the correct order and $5 back. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t give refunds to fldespite it being their mistake. They said all they could do is give me a credit for additional food. They then pointed to their menu saying no refund. They never told me the total before swiping my card. I’m blind so I would have had no idea about the menu, so they’re also not ADA compliant. I ended up getting no food and paying $7. I would avoid this Wendy’s at all cost.

Assistant general manager Angela messed up my order and refused to fix it unless I brought everything back My kids had already started eating. I was missing all my drinks and 2 burgers from a 55$ order. It’s sad that people spend so much money for someone to make a mistake and then give horrible customer service when asked to correct it.

This is one of the most busted down Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The kitchen and their work space is visible to the customer and it’s littered with fries and chicken nuggets. I wasn’t able to capture it all because I had a quick second to take the picture. The menu TVs did not work and when I asked the manager, she said it’s been broken for a long time and Wendy’s is not in a rush to fix it. The table in the dining room were dirty with old food residue. Indoor dining trays are not provided. You must make one out of your paper bag.

The staff that was working 10/14/25 at lunch hour were so fun and nice!! Came in with my toddler and they took time to make sure our food was good that we had a good experience. As a mom I’m always so self conscious about if my kid is being too much and they made me feel so comfortable. Such a blessing and so thankful for them!!

11/07/2025 evening around 10:30pm drive through order, Dave’s double. Asked for no onion, no Mayo, no cheese. When inspecting the burger at home the burger had no cheese and no onion. It seemed as if no mayo. The tomato had a small smear of mayo on the side. I removed the tomato thinking ot wasnt touching the rest of the burger. However after eating the food about half an hour or so I started getting a reaction from an allergy. After taking a benadryl I found the phone number to the restaurant, wanting to inform them of the situation and the phone rang twice and the line connected then disconnected. Tried a second call and the same thing.
I would like it to be known I do enjoy Wendy’s, as it is one of the very few fast food places I can eat due to my allergies. Tonight’s issue was probably a limited occurrence, I just want it addressed that if you accidently put a condiment on something that some one asked not to be on it, do not just scrape it off and call it a day, please take the time to remake the food so it meets the standards and quality of the establishment.

Not bad versus the one by my house near Darien. Some reason was unable to use my coupon from my app on my phone but otherwise they got the order right and everything looks good and tastes great. Tried to go in but they had the doors locked so apparently you can’t go in and order you have to go through the drive-thru.

I don’t normally stop at Wendy’s to get something to eat. But today, I decided to swing by and grab some chicken nuggets for dinner. I was happily met at the pay window by Brandy and she was the sweetest. She greeted me with so much happiness and created great conversation with me during our short interaction. She instantly brightened up my evening with her positive attitude! And my spicy nuggets were pretty good too 😉

My parents and I went there in the early AM around 1:00 and the manager was extremely rude to us and the boy at the drive thru. We got nuggets and he was upset that the sauces we wanted weren’t on the order and said “ next time say it back there “ and shoved the sauces in my mother’s hand!

Tried breakfast at this location and the bacon was not fully cooked on my sandwich. When I brought it back to the drive-thru (breakfast service is drive-thru only until 9am), they said they cooked me another one like they did me a favor, but I had wanted my money back. I was then told that they do not do refunds. I said I wanted the manager and the young woman told me that she was the manager. I asked again for my refund and she then called the police on me who arrived to say I had broken no laws. I called the corporate number which took a while to file a complaint. Several days later, a manager phoned me to apologize and said that they do actually issue refunds. I got my money back, two free combo meals, and an apology. Through all this, I never raised my voice or lost my temper at the children they have working there, by the way. I am still unhappy that my food was not cooked and, for that, I experienced humiliation like that. They have poorly cooked food and poorly trained kids. Go here at your own risk.
