$5 delivery charge for food to be wrong. Was told I can bring it back. Why did I pay $5 to deliver. Was told they’d remake it, but again… I’m 2 miles away at a tournament and I’m not leaving tournament to go pick up my corrected order.
They are willing to deliver but I have to wait an hour…
The purpose of freaky fast delivery… was 18 min from order to delivery not 2 hours from order to redelivery.

Some days they won’t have delivery drivers and when they do they’re no where near “freaky fast”. I ordered a sandwich that always has cheese and didn’t get cheese. Requested mayo and mustard packets, didn’t get those. Cut sub in half and neither was that done for me. Very elementary instructions couldn’t be done here. Details matter. They’re never slammed with orders so I don’t understand how simple mistakes could’ve been made

Strong armed for a tip at drive thru. I ordered and paid on app for drive thru pickup. The girl at the window leaned out and said “you didn’t leave a tip” I said I know. I’m literally at a drive thru. Instead of letting it go she then said “SO, you aren’t going to give us a cash tip?” I said no. I don’t leave tips at drive thrus. Wth? I don’t appreciate being shaken down at a drive thru window.

Came here and the guy who came up to help remembered my entire order somehow without me coming here too often, he got every detail right and then walked over and handed me my meal personally, very great service.

Definitely an above average place to get a quick bite to eat. I place the order from work and by the time I driver over it’s ready. I have never had an issue with the accuracy of an order but I have had an issue with them being out of things a few time, although they have always made it right. If you need quick above average food this place is a thumbs up from me. Facility was clean and well maintained, parking lot is a bit of a mess the way it’s set up.

2 Young guys but working as fast as old grandma’s
Takes 2 min to take an order another 15 min to slap so mayo on those buns.
Being the only customer and no one at drive thru seems pretty slow
But who knows maybe for Ohio that’s normal

Ordered a Vito #5. A sub that doesn’t come with Mayo anyway and asked for the sub to be cut in half. Extra peppers. I get the sub and it’s not cut. Opened it up and it’s saturated in Mayo without the extra peppers.
I did see a few reviews stating they received wrong orders. Not worth going to this location.
