Busy day so agreed on chili. Placed order paid specifically asked for chili sauce packets several times to several different employees. Again while they handed our food I asked about chili packets. One of then said there’s crackers in the bag another was asking another employee what are chili sauce. Again I asked and was assured in bag with crackers. Drove home and looked for sauce and they did pack crackers no sauce. Wendy’s has a good chili sauce and it flavors the chili great. I was going to let it go. Yet the idea of four employees stepping on toes in the drive thru window was a mistake. Check your orders even if they assure you it’s complete. Completely unorganized

I used door dash. I ordered a large ice tea and a large chocolate frosty along with a meal and chili. No Frosty or ice tea. No crackers spoon or napkins. Fries were luke warm as was sandwich. Very poor follow through. I’ve always liked Wendy’s but it has certainly gone down hill in the last year. The owner manager use to be on site. Don’t know if that is still the case whatever has happened it shows!!!

Wendy’s is my comfort food. It’s one of the only fast food places I don’t feel guilty about getting. This location (dawley farm) always has golden oldies playing and the staff are very pleasant to interact with. The only thing I dislike is the electronic ordering system. I prefer speaking to the people there. It works just fine though.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST place to eat in town, they always forget something like unlocking the door, having the door unlocked BEFORE the doors posted time, straws, THE MAIN ENTREE, the only good thing they can do is push levers on a soda fountain, but what’s the use without a straw. So tired of playing the inside outside game on doordash pickups, literally had the last straw with them, no pun intended. The service is just horrendous and unprofessional and all the workers have hickeys and is just a huge ceasepool, I give this place only a couple years before its just an abandoned lot, I’d do it now if I was the owner, or at least really put interest in upgrading the staff and service. Will never eat here personally again.

I ordered doordash, it took out the full amount and Wendy’s had them call me to say I still owed money. I have only had this problem with Wendy’s and they acted like it was my problem when I had no way to fix it. I felt bad the dasher had to cover it.

I haven’t had wendys in 2 months since I quit working there. I got it today. Ordered no mayo tomato or lettuce and got all that on my sandwich and the nuggets there was 3 not 4 and the fries were not even as full as they should be. I an not very happy about it.

The employees were super friendly, but the building needs better upkeep. There was a light fixture out in the women’s bathroom leaving it very dimly lit. There was no infant changing table available in the whole place, so I had to change my baby’s diaper on the floor (using my travel mat). And the bathroom stall walls and some dining booths need to be repaired.
