Visited 6/22 at 9:50 am went through the drive thru. The woman who took my order was very rude. I know someone taught you customer service during an orientation. Instead of asking, “Is that it?” Over ave over, how about asking would you like anything else? Or maybe wait for the customer to tell you their order is finished. Also maybe try not to huff and puff as you take the orders. The only reason I’m giving this a 2 is because the food was fresh.

I felt rushed while placing my order, I was buying food for three people. After each order was placed, I was constantly asked, “Is that it…Is that it?” I didn’t appreciate that as it made me feel as if I was taking too much time to order (I wasn’t). Needless to say, the food was fresh and we enjoyed it. My advice would be to improve your customer service.

They mess up orders from time to time but the employees are usually nice and the service is better than some of the other fast food places in the area. Can’t really speak for the food myself as I am vegetarian but family likes it. Would recommend if you are in the area and need to grab a quick meal

Ordered two chicken sandwiches requesting both with no tomatoes. Both came with tomatoes. Did the online survey because they served them with tomatoes and received a code for a free sandwich with a purchase of a sandwich. Ordered two chicken sandwiches both with no tomatoes. One still came with tomatoes. Requested no tomatoes due to allergies on both occasions. Simple request should have been able to be fulfilled but in 75% of the two orders this was incorrect.
