Excellent taste I have taken 6$ chicken sandwich meal,excellent quality and service too I from Illinois but I stopped here to fill my hungry stomach then this store is made my day

The supervisor here, Latoya Williams, acted very unprofessional and left me so disappointed that I spent $30 ubering my food back to return it. She has a real attitude problem! The last time I came to this location, she was screaming at her staff about being on the phone in front of all the customers. Threatening to send them home early. Today, I called the restaurant about a dozen times to make sure utensils and ranch are given to my Uber Eats delivery person, but no one answered, until it was too late. When I addressed this to the unprofessional supervisor Latoya Williams, she got upset, raised her voice, became disrespectful and hung up the phone on me. I will be calling corporate.

I never will spend money at this location. Everyone working here needs a review. I use the mobile app to place carry out orders so i can avoid drive thru. THEY PURPOSELY LOCK THE LOBBY then will tell you “the system is down” what does that have to due with a “CARRYOUT” order I’d rather have a chick fil a here

It was sunny outside and I wasn’t so much bothered by the 20 min wait in the drive thru… I had emails to finish. However my chicken sandwich was well.. .. not the best. I actually through it away after 3 bites.
Their lemonade was really good. The fries were not very hot . The drive through attendant was friendly. Just not my type of food

Not the worst experience, but not great. Lacadasical counter people, soda machine was out of several flavors, no catsup in either dispenser, no server pleasentries. On the plus side, the restaurant was empty at 1:30pm on a Friday, so finding a seat was easy. Perhaps expecting quality is too much to ask.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches requesting both with no tomatoes. Both came with tomatoes. Did the online survey because they served them with tomatoes and received a code for a free sandwich with a purchase of a sandwich. Ordered two chicken sandwiches both with no tomatoes. One still came with tomatoes. Requested no tomatoes due to allergies on both occasions. Simple request should have been able to be fulfilled but in 75% of the two orders this was incorrect.
