Food was great, was ready very fast, place was clean, but the person that took my order (inside the restaurant) was one of the most miserable and rude human beings I have ever encountered. I was very polite and said please and thank you yet every time words came out of their mouth they acted like I was stupid. I get that their life probably sucks (working at Wendy’s being 40y/o or older), but that doesn’t give them an excuse to try and drag everyone down with them.

The food is always good, I tend to enjoy spicy chicken sandwiches, as well as jr. baconators! The service at the drive-thru was friendly and helpful. Thankfully, they didn’t mess up my order,of which that tends to happen in almost every restaurant! Considering the fact that they rarely have the lobby open these days, the little bit I remember of the atmosphere inside the restaurant is peaceful and inviting! I’m extremely disappointed with 1 aspect of my visit, and that is the fact that the lobby wasn’t open and hardly ever is these days! Truthfully, I probably won’t be going back anytime soon for that very reason!

They got 2 of 3 parts of the order wrong. First they forgot 2 of the sandwiches, then 1 of those had the wrong toppings. The fries were luke warm and soggy. I would not eat here again. I’m beginning to think this is the new norm for Wendy’s.

My wife just came home after ordering a 50 piece chicken nugget and some large fries for the family. Disgusting. We had it split up between 25 regular and 25 spicy. The regular had probably been cooked in the last hour or two. Way behind standard but not even close to the spicy nuggets. They were cooked many hours ago. This is coming from someone who was GM of a fast food restaurant for years. There is no excuse. This situation needs to be recognized. No way should food ever be served that is that low of quality. It is in the trash. I do not want a refund, this is not a cry for something free. The owner or corporate should be made aware of the incident. If it happened to us there is a high probability that it has happened before and will happen again. That is not an accident, that is no care for your position.
