Rodney was the absolute best! We walked in for a quick birthday dinner and made friends with the best employee – Rodney! He brought our son so much joy on his school night birthday. We could’ve have asked for a better visit! Now all the kids want to make Rodney cards to mail to Wendy’s! So blessed to have been so welcomed by the hospitality of Rodney and his crew. Thank you for making it a wonderful night for our son on his special birthday dinner!

I just had the BEST loaded bake potato.. Chili, cheese thick cut Bacon, sour cream, butter, pepper. They didn’t skimp. Plenty of chili and cheese and Bacon. I added the rest. The gentleman that handed me the order was kind and considerate. Eye contact and a smile. I love this Wendy’s. GREAT FOOD, GREAT TEAM! Always nice to me. OUTSTANDING JOB. THANK YOU! A+

pretty terrible experience today.
everything was lukewarm, even though i asked for them to drop everything fresh. the server at the counter was very uninterested in customers. her attitude was very much like she didn’t care, and that was confirmed when i got into the lukewarm and barely edible items (she also forgot the dipping sauce).
my order was a $6 biggie bag:
~crispy chicken sandwich: smelled and tasted like low-budget cafeteria food. smelled like it was cooked in very old, stale oil. partway through i removed the chicken and just ate the bread/lettuce/mayo – it was much better that way. the rest of the chicken went in the trash. also, this was the smallest sandwich i have seen!!
~spicy chicken nuggets: this was the best part. even though they are small and unimpressive, and weren’t very hot tonight, that spicy chicken coating is my favorite and it tasted nice.
~fries: shriveled and super bland. almost inedible without the ketchup.
~coke: it was fine. 🙂
and about a 1/2 hour after i ate it, i got a stomach ache. hoping that goes away with no drama, but i’m pretty unhappy about the whole thing.

You can never go with wrong with Wendy’s. They always have choices that are what I consider more healthy. Also love the variety of the frosties and the selection of cookies! Prices are pretty fair too

I ordered on DoorDash and they had they entirely wrong food in the bag with my receipt. I called to ask for a refund and the person talking said “just call DoorDash and tell them it was our fault. Maybe you can get it remade if you come in another day”

Great experience at this Wendy’s. It’s obvious this Wendy’s has a fantastic manager, Rodney. He was above and beyond with courtesy and professionalism. Super person. He and his staff are all in happy moods and he’s cultivated a great environment. The food was made to order, was correct, and fresh. Would recommend.

My wife just came home after ordering a 50 piece chicken nugget and some large fries for the family. Disgusting. We had it split up between 25 regular and 25 spicy. The regular had probably been cooked in the last hour or two. Way behind standard but not even close to the spicy nuggets. They were cooked many hours ago. This is coming from someone who was GM of a fast food restaurant for years. There is no excuse. This situation needs to be recognized. No way should food ever be served that is that low of quality. It is in the trash. I do not want a refund, this is not a cry for something free. The owner or corporate should be made aware of the incident. If it happened to us there is a high probability that it has happened before and will happen again. That is not an accident, that is no care for your position.

Cold fried. Meat on burger should have been thrown in chili meat pan. They use a Metro Market shopping cart to take out the trash. Can’t afford a real trash cart?
