Ordered and paid ahead. When u get there you touch the “button” to let them know you are here, which I did. After standing in lobby for 15 minutes I’m finally asked. My food was so nicely sitting behind counter for who knows how long. I ordered frostys. Obviously I wanted them frozen nope had to put in freezer when I got home.

My food has been great, but the gal you have working the window is terrible. She only opens the window half way and pretty much throws the food at you. She gives your card back and then is shoving the bag at you. This has happened multiple times. She is very short and rude. Needs to be addressed.

This Wendy’s location offers an overall average fast food experience. Our food tasted like it should. They got our order correct, and my sandwich came with no mayo. There’s nothing to complain or praise about. It was truly an okay experience.

I tried to order breakfast, and the lady was just looking at me through the window instead of taking my order, definitely was not my first time in the mornings that they don’t start taking orders when they open. A very annoying thing that this Wendy’s practices is they do not take the second person in lines order until the first person has their food and they are gone. I know it is to make their time look good but they are losing sales practicing this.
