I always regret ordering from here. The food used to be so good. Now you order no egg bc allergies and you get egg anyways then can’t eat the entire meal bc the egg. Sausage was hard. Ask for extra cheese and they take cheese off!! And no this isn’t the first time. Order is same EVERYTIME, And yet rarely ever right.

Great service here! I was here for a school Science Olympiad trip. The cashier (Tina) asked how it was, and said to “rock on.” Food came exceptionally fast and tasted great! No chocolate frosties when I came in, so I ordered Salted Caramel, and for a salted frosty, it tasted GREAT! 5 stars. Great experience!

This Wendy’s location offers an overall average fast food experience. Our food tasted like it should. They got our order correct, and my sandwich came with no mayo. There’s nothing to complain or praise about. It was truly an okay experience.

I order a biggie bag waited 20 mins for my food never got my food. Tried to asked to get my money back and they never gave me my food that I payed for or gave me my money back. I had to leave to make it back to work were I would not be late. They couldn’t even give my money back for the food I never had.

The worst. Was here like 2 months ago and still no ice in lobby. Inside smells so bad. The bathrooms are the worst. Smelled like this 2 months ago as well. The lady behind the counter stopped taking our order so she could get the guy in drive Thursday a frosty. Are you kidding me. Will never come back to Sturgis location. They need to close this location just like the rest.

This food is made to each order, yes it may take a few minutes longer to get it, but it’s made fresh! If you don’t like fresh go to McDonald’s where it’s sat under a light for 5 or 10 minutes if you’re lucky!
