Food was good. Please don’t ever take away my apple pecan salads. The service was fair to poor at best. I understand staffing, but when it takes 15min to get thru the drive thru “fast food” restaurant when there are 4 cars in line, that’s not really fast food. That’s just typical restaurant wait times. Do you want to know why McDonald’s is still dominating? This is why.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker with two hungry kids and a Pomeranian. Was immediately welcomed. Two young men working the drive thru window were great. One processed my payment quickly and asked if my Pomeranian could have a treat. They speedily handed out the hamburgers, a nugget and lemonade. As I pulled away one of the men ran out of the building and flagged me down to give me a straw that was mistakenly left behind. Awesome service with employees who go above and beyond!

Many homes didn’t have power in the area. The line of cars wrapped around the building at 7pm. They dealt with every car as it was in line. I asked for items removed from my burger. They followed the order perfectly even with the line wrapped around the building. The staff calmly explained the situation and kept putting orders out.

If the kid at the window took a picture of my bank card he’s going to jail. No one will answer the phone so I can tell them he turned and hid in the corner and took his phone out while he had my card which should have been in the card reader.
