I got the Asiago chicken sandwich. I bit into it, and the chicken texture was like rubber. I thought it might still be a little frozen, and the bun was kind of cold, so I put it in the microwave. The texture remained. I now feel nauseous and I am not sure what I just ate. The service was nice though!

Super slow drive through. Went to grab a quick bite after golf and it was over 5 minutes per car. Don’t bother if you’re more than 2 cars deep. If you’re in need of a “fast food” eat then go to McDonald’s across the street. They have their stuff together. I honestly think the staff here is smoking weed. They are oblivious to their customers. I’m not joking. I never write reviews but this deserved a review. 4/10/23.

Very bad experience. I am not from that immediate area. Chose Wendy’s because it is Ohio based. I notified them several days before that a car rally group would be there on Sunday April 23 and at what time. We had estimate 16 to dine w/ us. Took 45 minutes to get lukewarm food and cold chili. They made us late to our next destination. Went there the next day to sort out the issues. The reasons given were not due to lack of hires. But is was from lack of scheduling on their part. I asked at a nearby bank about the Wendy’s. The man said he can not go there due to it taking almost his whole lunch break to get food. I am saddened that I took people from all over the country there. IT WAS THE LOW POINT of an otherwise great weekend

Everytime I go here the food is always cold. My burger should NOT be as cold as the lettuce. My fries might be warm, but they’re not hot. I will say the new fries tho are better then the fries Wendy’s used to have. But Wendy’s I don’t understand, it’s fast food it should be hot or at least warm when I get it, especially if I’m paying the prices I’m paying for it. It’s upsetting.

I’m not sure how they manage with a staff this incompetent, it’s amazing. We’ve ordered doordash from here several times, and it is always extremely messed up every single time. It doesn’t even seem possible unless they are doing it on purpose. Corporate needs to shut this one down if people can’t manage to make their menu items and put them in a bag. The people who work there should be making minimum wage, and should be embarrassed at how they can’t read or do simple work.
