I order the BACON double stack biggie bag, they forgot my drink and didn’t put bacon on my burger. I wouldn’t be writing this right now but I go back up there to get my order corrected. I’m thinking they should have it right. Nope lol they forgot the bacon again on a BACON double stack lol, it’s in the name of the burger. What are we doing here??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They may be understaffed, but that is no excuse for the rude woman. White lady, 30s or so, blonde ponytail… all I did was POLITELY ASK if they had an eta for a pick up for Doordash, or should I drop the order. You would have thought I killed her dog by her reaction. WE’RE ALL JUST TRYING TO WORK AND MAKE MONEY! If you don’t like your job, get a new one! The male manager said they’re busy… so what! We ALL are. Don’t think customer service is the right industry for her. Owners.. please get more staff to help them, or get people without attitudes. Left there yelling and didn’t keep my attitude in check, and regret that. But bet I don’t EVER treat MY customers the way I was treated at this store. And make good money because of that.
