Literally ordered a hot fudge Sunday and wish I would have looked at it before I got home. It tastes like burnt chocolate that was rubbed on the side of the cup. I called and asked if they were out of fudge and the lady said no. So I told her what happened and wanted another one but she told me I’m gonna get the same thing! Then she hangs up in me! Oh and the vanilla icecream was half full…. Not even close to the top. Mind you, this was the lady that was in charge…

I ordered three large chili cheese, tater tots two with extra chili and cheese one with extra cheese. Somehow they managed to mess that up three times sent one with a regular amount of everything one with barely any cheese. And on the third time they sent it out with barely anything on it at all and said that it’s more than a portion size. I’ve gotten way more than that when I pay for extra chili and cheese. The tattoos tots were hard and overcooked too This is unacceptable.

I have run/managed fast food places before. It was almost 730pm on a Saturday. It was not busy, could see 7 employees inside, 3 of which were doing nothing, one on his phone, 1 eating ON THE LINE (gross/unsanitary). It took 10 minutes just for someone to take our order, then when the girl finally did, she was extremely unprofessional & was mocking us to the other employees, audibly laughing while repeating our order. She was also extremely pushing asking “is that all” a total of eleven times while we places an order for 4 people. It made us feel completely unwanted & with the quality of the food being mediocre at best, we will definitely NOT be returning. Final straw, not one employee was wearing gloves, and not one employee washed their hands at all, not even the one that was eating. He finished, then proceeded to make food immediately after. Nasty. How is this location even still in business?

Food is horribly disgusting…don’t seem as if they clean the fountain machine either as particles floated in my drink…and yes I always pull the lids off to check my drink before consuming. I think they should do better before they end up getting shut down like Dairy Queen.
