We were passing through last night and our kids wanted ice cream so we stopped and got ice cream and snacks. We ran into a bit of a hiccup, they were out of something we ordered and we did wait a little long for everything. Because we waited so long, the manager came out to our car and refunded our entire order. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. We weren’t angry or impatient, we didn’t even remark on the time it was taking to anyone. Sometimes things happen and we are understanding of that. But he took the time to notice what was happening and was so kind. Our car hop was also so sweet. I wish I had gotten their names but I hopefully they’ll see this and know that we appreciate their kindness and hard work! The food was perfectly prepared, delicious and hot.

Wanted to change my review; the food is great now, but the service is horrible. They’ll tell whatever machine they have that your order is out, but still make you wait like 10+ minutes for 2 burgers and a corn dog. They took forever taking our order, because they kept sipping on their drink (I could see through the window) and often times we’ve had to pay with cash because the card reader doesn’t work

I have run/managed fast food places before. It was almost 730pm on a Saturday. It was not busy, could see 7 employees inside, 3 of which were doing nothing, one on his phone, 1 eating ON THE LINE (gross/unsanitary). It took 10 minutes just for someone to take our order, then when the girl finally did, she was extremely unprofessional & was mocking us to the other employees, audibly laughing while repeating our order. She was also extremely pushing asking “is that all” a total of eleven times while we places an order for 4 people. It made us feel completely unwanted & with the quality of the food being mediocre at best, we will definitely NOT be returning. Final straw, not one employee was wearing gloves, and not one employee washed their hands at all, not even the one that was eating. He finished, then proceeded to make food immediately after. Nasty. How is this location even still in business?

This is the worst sonic location I have ever been to. We have given this particular location many chances. On multiple occasions they do not take the orders in a timely manner. And being busy isn’t the problem, bc they weren’t …. The red button flashes so long it turns itself off and I have to press it again. I can clearly see the employees through the window and they’re all just standing around doing nothing. Not to mention, the girl who finally took my order had an attitude and didn’t sound happy to take my order at all, as if she was being bothered. Sonic isn’t cheap, tonight I went & they barely filled the popcorn chicken cup. I feel jipped. They won’t be getting my business again. Very poor service.

The food was hot and fresh, once I pressed the red button, Bryson answered within 10 seconds and welcomed me following with him telling me his name, I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted to try out and I asked him for a suggestion of burgers and hot dogs, he suggested the Chophouse cheese burger and also told me about the 2 for $5 quarter pound double as well as the other 2 choices. He also told me about the broccoli cheddar tots and the fried cookie dough. I purchased the chophouse combo with broccoli tots and a signature cherry limeade as well as the 2 for $5. In less than 10 minutes the screen notified me that Stephanie was on her way with my order. She got to my stall and was very friendly and smiling, greeted me and introduced herself then asked how my day was, she read my order back in full and gave me my total, I gave her the cash and she counted my change back correctly without even pausing to calculate in her head. She thanked me, wished me a wonderful weekend and said how they would enjoy seeing me back. I ate in my car before leaving and I was just so impressed with the all around service from ordering to delivery, quality and the precision of flavoring in my drink that I buzzed back for my carhop to come back, I asked her the name of the person that made my drink which was Tasha, I left a gracious tip for each of the 3 I was served by. I would definitely recommend this particular Sonic to even my out of town friends and if you can remember the names of the people that I dealt with, I guarantee you will have a great experience! Shoutout to Nathan and his crew, I love how they Sonic!
