The service wasn’t the problem, it was the quality of the food. Very poor. My boyfriend got 4 tenders and got 3 and a half. The fourth was nothing but fried batter. They should be more aware of what they’re giving their customers. Also I got the classic chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was like rubber couldn’t buy into it without tearing whole sandwich apart. It wouldn’t have been such a bad experience honestly if we hadn’t paid $30+ for our food.

There was an old lady on the register in two African-American men, their truck drivers in line to order food as they were patiently waiting the old lady behind the register. Tell the Caucasians that are behind you African-American she says I can help you over here and the African-American said Excuse me we were here first. The old lady told the African-Americans to wait in line like everybody else, the Caucasians agreed that it wasn’t the right thing to do to the Caucasian and African-Americans walked out of the store and said they were gonna file a complaint. Please stop racism.

The hype is real! Seriously, they don’t skimp on nothing! The toppings on my burger were picked high. This Wendy’s is in a truck stop, but service was amazing. The workers either love their jobs and it shows. The front counter worker at night needs a raise! We came here four nights in a row. He was legit on it everytime!

Today was the the taste of the New Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken sandwich. Very tasty. However, it was a little strong on the flavors. It is my belief if it was a little lighter then it could be one of the best chicken sandwiches coming from a fast food restaurant.

Edit: I put my complaint into corporate and the manager went out of her way to contact me to try to make things right. I feel this is deserving of raising my rating, even in a bad experience…
I did a mobile order for 3 sandwiches and ordered all of them with extra cheese sauce. When I received my order, I realized that there was barely any cheese sauce. I approached an employee named Angie. I asked her if she could get me two sides of cheese sauce. She went over to the manager, who I have come to collect is also named Angie and asked her for the sides. Manager instructed employee to ring in the sides and charge me. Upset, I produced my unwrapped sandwiches and explained that I did not get extra sauce on my sandwiches. The manager at this point approaches me directly and starts pulling apart my sandwich to justify her argument of giving me enough sauce. Knowing that there was no way we were going to agree at this point, I changed my topic and told the manager that since we aren’t going to agree, I would like a refund on my food for dissatisfaction. I assume Wendy’s is supposed to have a satisfaction guarantee, but I’m not sure. Manager denied my request and told me that she would give me one cup of cheese sauce at no cost, which I could have become partially satisfied, all things considered, except she gave me a cup of thin sauce, that was not even one fourth the way full and not even remotely close enough to match the normal amount of sauce I get on all my sandwiches in Columbus Ohio, where I’m from, without ordering extra. I want to point out here that I remained in control and not belligerent thrush the entire experience. Employee Angie remained nice and non confrontational through the entire experience. My big problem here is that your manager, who refused to agree with me on a compromise for good guest service also refused to refund me on my order, when I had not even eaten a single bite of food. I am a retail store manager, working in the ghetto of Columbus Ohio and my service is better than this. This is terrible service. Bad service loses guests and I won’t be back here at this location for the remainder of my visit to Indiana.

I stopped in for a coffee and a quick bit on my way through town. Ordered the spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich and a small chili with cheese and onions. It was pretty good for fast food. I bought my coffee separate at the road ranger.

I used to enjoy this place and never had issues with my orders. Having said that since we never had issues before I didn’t check my order before we left. This is my fault and I’m not upset at that what I am giving a low rating for is that when I called, I could give my order number and could have recited the while order I was told there was nothing they would do, even though they have camera’s and could have looked my order up and seen us on their camera’s I didn’t have the physical copy still. We spent over 50.00 there in cash and half my husband’s food was missing and there was no concern. I am all for confirming we were there but that could have been done, I wasn’t calling about an order from days ago it was an order from 20 minutes before I called. Also not like i was claiming the most expensive thing we bought we just wanted the spicy nuggets we paid for. I will not be visiting this Wendy’s again.
