The manager showed no regret and gave me no apology for messing up my sandwich. Asked for ketchup only, and they spread Mayo all over it. The customer who has been given the wrong thing or is missing food should be treated with extra care. Instead this lady acted like I was at her house. She had me opening it up to show her, then she said they couldn’t throw it away for me. Won’t go back, and look forward to recalling this story in hopes that no one has to deal with this lady and her short behavior. Fast food is irresponsibly incorrect too much. At least 50% of my orders are wrong these days. It’s too expensive and a sham.

I am allergic to raisins and grapes. I ordered two chocolate chip cookies and instead got two oatmeal raisin bars ( which were not what I ordered ). We decided to try the new Wendy’s for dinner via our kids request… we knew it would be busy so we ordered online for carry out. They were extremely busy given it was 6pm. I didn’t wait as long as I anticipated to get our food. Unfortunately, I realized at home 2 of the burgers we ordered were incorrect. I ran back up to see if they could fix them. I was appalled by the customer in front of me (who likely got my premium burgers instead of standard cheeseburgers) who was making a scene and threw a burger at an employee! I felt terrible asking them to correct my order. They are new in town, new to this business and completely swamped! However, not just one but 4 of the 6 employees I saw working made it a point to apologize as they very quickly corrected my order. Nobody working looked stressed or annoyed and clearly they were working as a team. They replaced all 4 of our fries fresh too – which was above and beyond. They thanked me for my patience and kindness! They thanked me?! How nice to actually see all of these things! Especially after such a rude and disrespectful customer they had just encountered. Seems like a wonderful group of women working – you do not see that much anymore at all!

Very happy it’s back. We do not have a lack of burger joints in this town, but having Wendy’s is a refreshing alternative. The chicken sandwiches are top notch and the burgers are succulent. The fries aren’t the best, but they have baked potatoes, so that’s a plus.

Horrible service the lady that was at the window was giving us attitude I’ve never had this problem before when I asked for ketchup she started getting even more mad saying next time ask for it when I order the food. The name on the receipt says lilli I’m assuming that was her.
