I wish there was a rating lower than a 1 star.. This Burger King is less than a year old.. It was mediocre at best, but it was eatable. Since opening it has progressively gotten worse and worse as the days go on.. Today I decided to give it another go.. It was not a wise decision on my part. When I pulled in to the drive thru, there was a car at the window, another ordering in the window next to me and me. From the time they took my order till the time I got my order it was 22 minutes.. Then to add insult to injury, the only fresh item was my drink. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and 1 large fry. The fries were soggy and cold, the 2 sandwiches had been microwaved long enough to fuse all the parts together to make a disgusting jumbled mess that tasted like burnt mayo. This particular Burger King is not worth the time and definitely not worth the $18.00s paid for the garbage they pass of a food.

Took my family here to try it out, and can’t believe the bacon they gave us on our hamburger. Everything else was ok, my kids liked the slushy Fanta and fries a lot.

This is the most poorly managed Burger King I have ever been to! I have been there now four times (because they are new and still working kinks out I have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt) well, that will no longer be the case. Every single time I have been there, they have not only gotten my order completely wrong, the wait times are excruciating, and the food is poorly cooked. This Burger King sucks from top to bottom. Steer clear of this one! Do yourself a favor and drive a couple minutes and find yourself one that can take your order and get it correct.

Have not had a whopper in 20 years and it’ll be at least that long before I waste my money on such terrible food. Whopper came with bacon, which I did not order and was not charged for the bacon. However, the bacon was rancid and completely ruined the whole sandwich. Also, requested NO ketchup or mayo it came with extra ketchup and mayo. Never scene such a disgusting what they call a Whopper.

Worst customer service I’ve received from this burger king an it came from both managers at night from Amber an Dylan. After specifically asking for my chicken sandwich to be made fresh out the fryer Amber cashed me out at the window I asked her if my sandwich was fresh because I literally drove up to the window after placing my order an my order was already waiting at the window an she said yes I just watched them take them out so I gave her the benefit of the doubt believing it jus came out the fryer as I pull off I take a bit of my chicken sandwich an it was tough like jerky “no lie” it was tough to chew so I pull around to the front an check the rest of my order an my fries were stale an dry also! So I go in to talk to a manager an find out it was the girl at the window which was Amber…. “Who said she jus watched them take the chicken out the fryer!” So not only did she lie about the chicken being fresh I proceed to tell her about the fries not being fresh also. She continues to use the same lie saying she took them out herself an after I shower her how old an dark brown they were she says she’ll make them fresh…… An while I wait for my food to be made fresh at the front counter I’m watching the kitchen staff dump all the chicken patties an hamburger patties after Amber checks them an while I’m waiting I can hear Dylan say he can make his own chicken sandwich at home if he wanted it fresh! That’s the worst thing to say about a paying customer out loud don’t you think! Especially coming from my kitchen manager!
