Worked there as an employee they don’t even clean their fridge where they keep their dairy produce at front desk correctly and they only serve fresh food like a fraction of the time so it doesn’t matter if they use their timers cause they barely use them anyway. Came in as a customer after I got new job and was treated harshly as well as yelled at just because a manager felt the need to express their own irrelevant state of emotional mind instead of doing their job. Very disappointing; they need new management.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 burgers, 2 orders of chicken nuggets and some fries. I live 30 minutes away and when I got home I noticed one burger was missing. I called Tillamook Burger King to let them know and was told I could come back as they would be open for awhile longer. I sent my son to get the burger and they gave him the original one that they had forgotten to put in the bag. No offer to cook up a new one even though the burger was cold and an hour old. Pathetic!

Slowest experience I’ve had at a Burger King. From order time to food pickup it was 30+ minutes and there were only two people in line in front of me. Completely unacceptable. I will not come here again.

Their website posted that they are open till 12:00 A.M. Their sign said open, was there at 11:30. Pulled into the drive thru and the staff ignored me. Drove up to the window the staff ignored me. They looked at me and just went on counting money. Neither of the employees would even give me the courtesy of even opening the window and talking to me. Drove off with no BK, and BK didn’t get my money. Won’t be back.

I didn’t eat, so I can’t judge the food, I was a passenger, but the wait time was inexcusable. We waited a long time in line before we got to the window and there was only one car ahead of us, then we waited a long time at the window, them they asked us to pull ahead and wait (to turn off the drive through timer) and we again waited there for a long time. If the people in the car weren’t starving and it was the last option on our way home we would have left ten minutes in.

Horrible service. Stood at the counter for about five minutes and saw multiple employees pass us by. Not one gave a greeting or even a head nod. Got our order, and they had stuffed three meals in one medium sized bag. Fries and onion rings cartons were half filled because the rest was in the bag covering the napkins. Asked to speak to a supervisor about the issue and see if that is how people should expect to be served, and another employee took the burgers from the bag and threw away all the fries and onion rings. Started again and put them in two separate bags. Waste of product. Sadly, the food is usually really good. Just very incompetent employees.

I like to give places a chance, but I’ve been here several times now, and there’s just no excuse. This is the most horrifying example of a Burger King I have ever experienced. It will take forever, and your food will be cold. Every time. Even if you manage to get there on a day it doesnt take 45 minutes to get 3 cars thru the drive thru. YOUR FOOD WILL BE COLD. Refridgerator temp cold. And the employees are not friendly at all.
