i wish i could rate 0 to be honest. this location needs to be closed down or new management. they have you waiting without any communication for 5 mins, literally, then have the excuse that it was shift swap. that doesn’t have anything to do with the customer service. do better, please. Food literally falling apart, like i didn’t pay 12$ for this

Honestly, I would give everything a zero my order was incorrect, and when I went back to try to explain to the manager that was on duty at the time, he was completely rude, arrogant and very argumentative not to mention, he had her on a rise of teenagers, standing around him at the drive-through window, whispering, saying I was trying to get free food when I was just trying to get my order corrected, and then when a lady started popping off of the mouth at me they all are extremely ghetto. I will never go back to this location.

Im going to brag on this Wendys real quick, they have to have the most polite, fast, and friendly customer service around. They have been short staffed since I moved to the area last year if their constant hiring board is to be believed and despite that still never wait very long, there’s never been issues with my food, and like I said the customer service is top notch! To the GM of this Wendys just know you’ve got yourself a good team

I have had issues with this location many times before and now I am just fed up. I tried to doordash food from this location and the dasher contacted me stating that I should cancel my order because the employee was outside smoking. I have also had issues before with the employees being very rude. One time I sat at the speaker for a solid 5-10 minutes and got nothing. This location just needs to be shut down because no one is doing their job.

I am a huge Wendy’s fan, love the food and it’s always been a go to. Unfortunately this location is the worst in the area. Poor service, poor food quality, and there’s normally something wrong with my order. Just today my wife ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger instead, even after asked if she wanted classic or spicy. The nuggets we got weren’t fresh at all and the fries were very old.

The food wasn’t very tasty and got my order wrong. The environment was filthy, tables weren’t wiped, entry doors were dirty and windows weren’t cleaned. The TV in the store looks like never need wiped down. The pop machine is out of order so had to wait in line to get refill of drinks. Just not a pleasant place to eat and dine in.

Decided to stop in instead of going through the drive through tonight. Sean made us smile and simplified the ordering process which can usually make us feel anxious!! This is the regrettably the nearest Wendy’s to me. I have gone there multiple times before closing anyways from a half an hour to 10 minutes before (and I try to avoid that because I used to work food service but sometimes it’s urgent) and they say they are closed even tho they are supposed to be open. They are very slow even when they aren’t busy at all. I have tried ordering ahead but the order is rarely if ever even started when I get there and I end up spending more time explaining to them and waiting than I would just going through the drive through and waiting. The food is okay. It’s not always as hot and fresh as it could be. Fries vary from fresh to *obviously not fresh* but I’m to shy/nice to say anything and I don’t like to hold up the line.

Tried to go through the drive thru at 5:30 pm. No cars in line. I sat at the speaker for a couple minutes, no body was there. I thought maybe they were closed, but there was an employee standing outside on their phone. If you aren’t going to serve customers, just close down.

Ever since Covid, this Wendy’s is nearly impossible to get food at. The dining room is closed and they frequently only have one person working at a time, so the drive-thru is always beyond slow. Even ordering thru the app doesn’t help much.
