Dont go to this Wendy’s at night with this new late night crew. Kids just want to talk and play around. Food was cold AND burnt. Thanks for taking my money for bacon BITS. Any other time of day this Wendy’s is great.

Came around 11:30pm on a Tuesday (online and door states that they close at 2am) We waited for a while in the drive thru, attempted at walking up to the door, then waited at the drive thru until a lady opened the window and stated that the drive thru wasn’t working (employees were wearing headsets ) and continued to shut the drive thru when we informed her there were 4-5 cars remaining in the drive thru waiting to be helped. the young lady along with another young boy employee petty walking between their prius on the parking lot and behind the counter multiple times as we waited. Extremely lazy employees, simply just did not feel like working while at least 3 hours remained of their shift.

Got spicy chicken nuggets carry out. Told them to make sure it was hot. Started driving and they were barely warm.

Have not had chocolate frosty available in months yet it remains on the app as available. If you order a chocolate frosty on the app, they will make you a vanilla one Without asking first or even telling you that they don’t have chocolate until you receive the vanilla one. If you don’t want a vanilla one they will get visibly annoyed with you, throw it dramatically in the trash can while rolling their eyes, and murmur under their breath.
The burgers look like they are made with hate. It’s worth it to drive up the road to a different location and get treated better.

This place used to be good and now it’s extremely slow. They “game” the system by making you pull forward to wait for your food even if you are the only car in line. I always have to wait at least five minutes after pulling forward to receive my order. I hardly ever come here now.

This used to be a great Wendy’s but it hasn’t been for at least a year. It seems to always be understaffed. The employees they do have are rude and even the manger complains about how big an order is. Sorry my larger than normal family inconveniences you at your job. Also they are often out of things and don’t update the website/app.
I advise you to take your money and business 5 minutes down the road to the other Wendy’s.
