Went inside, there were no “Closed” signs or indications the counter was closed. After a lengthy wait, we were told there was no one to take our order and we had to order from the Kiosk. We went to the Kiosk and it said they were on break (see picture). Went back to counter and was told that they were closed except for Drive Thru. Managers appearance matched her attitude. So did the restroom (See picture). For others with the same complaint, I encourage you to contact the health department about this location.

I’ve eaten at Wendy’s restaurants from coast to coast and this was THE dirtiest. The dining room was filthy. Cheese slices on the floor, the area around the drinks was disgusting. A pile of trash on one table, all tables dirty. A Tim Hortons restaurant shares the dining area and on that side all tables were clean. The iced teas were made wrong, more like a light brown water. My fries were limp and barely warm. My sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. Both restrooms were in bad shape. The cashier was friendly, but somehow our food order was wrong. She fixed it. And here’s the kicker. A stray cat was walking across the parking lot and all the female employees ran outside to see it. The one male employee stayed at his post. When they came running inside, they nearly ran me over as I exited the restroom. Where was the manager? This situation was not because they were short on help. They had plenty and they weren’t very busy.

This Wendy’s is horrible. The management to the crew members are rude and lacking customer service skills. I’ve ordered food here multiple times and multiple times they have missed things on my order and given me old food. Today was the worst. I was given 2 double stacks on hard bread. To top it off the burgers had to have been sitting for hours. They were hard and some pieces weren’t even edible.

I love spending $20+ for food that’s not made correct- said no one ever. Let’s not forget to mention the attitude and language used by the person on drive through. Turned around when I realized our food was not correct and was met with “there are some large orders and we’re understaffed, so pull around but it’ll be awhile”. No it won’t be, I paid for incorrect for on your part, you get to fix it property or I’ll leave and dispute my charge as I also didn’t receive a receipt. A manager is welcome to call me before noon on Monday to rectify this.

The girl at the window was super sweet & the donuts were super super fresh. I had a coupon for a free cookie, but they were out of chocolate chip so she let me substitute it 4 a donut , b/c who wants a raisin cookies (sorry if you like raisin cookies). I actually forgot the donut in my car, which was still fresh the next day, so it was a nice surprise!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I just sat in their drive through line for AT LEAST 20 mins for an Uber Eats order and they weren’t even that busy! Their music was up so loud we could hear it in our car with the windows closed, and we had to repeat ourselves several times so they could hear us. The girl in the drive through was also out of uniform and was wearing a belly shirt! Definitely unprofessional! Won’t be back ANY time soon!

This place was disgusting. There was trash everywhere, the bathroom was trashed, and the chicken in my wrap and my husband’s salad was dry, chewy, and like rubber. The bathroom was so gross and neglected that we wouldn’t even let our 3 year old go to the bathroom. We also changed our baby’s diaper in the back of our car rather that let her catch whatever disease was growing in the bathroom. I also couldn’t walk two steps without my sandals sticking to the floor. 0/10…probably going to Urgent Care for a hepatitis shot later.

The staff member was completely rude and deleted me with “what do you want tonight?” Followed by “I swear if anyone else shows up…” As the window closed. You could hear another employee yelling from the back.
