Every time I come to this location i can’t understand the employees because their Spanish accent is too strong and their English isn’t all that good but that isn’t so much the issue. EVERY single time I come here I get told to “pull up to the front and we will being your food out to you” Tell me why I have to walk inside after waiting over 10 minutes for them to tell me “oh we forgot about you” and just started packaging the food. Twice this has happened to me! What’s the point in going through the drive through when I’m forced to wait an excessive amount of time for it being a “drive through order”. I hope someone sees this and addresses the issue. The food is wonderful, the service is shit.

On the evening of November 15th, my husband and I took my mother and our young son to the store for dinner. We ordered a family meal that included 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, and French fries, but because I didn’t know, I changed the fries to mashed potatoes. My husband then turned around and asked the young lady at the counter (there were two women working — one younger and one older). He asked if I saw the picture showing French fries, because there were none in our box.
The young lady looked at us, and while holding another customer’s order, she put the box down on the table very hard. The look in her eyes made it seem like my husband and I were bothering her. The older lady asked what the issue was. My husband asked again about the fries. The young lady said there were no French fries and didn’t explain anything else, leaving my husband to figure it out on his own.
I have a suggestion for the store: if you hire servers, please choose staff who are friendly so customers can feel respected and enjoy their meal, instead of sitting there feeling uncomfortable. If employees are unhappy, they should stay home instead of coming to work. Not all customers know everything on your menu, and if they don’t understand, they need someone to explain it to them.
Your staff did not smile and did not even greet or thank us. At Chick-fil-A, I bought French fries and spent only a little over $4, yet they treated us with respect and were very cheerful and enthusiastic when taking our order. Meanwhile, we spent $39 on your meal and $6 on a soft drink — and left with a sad dining experience.

This restaurant used to be good, but now the service has gone downhill. Orders are constantly wrong, late, and missing items. I understand that there may be a language barrier between the two of us, but when I came back to get my order fixed, they just coldly handed me my order and didn’t even apologize for it being wrong.

They give you a good amount of food unless you’re getting shrimp. I do ahte that you can’t order shrimp by itself. Sometimes I just want a little popcorn shrimp snack. The wait is stupid long but most of the staff is friendly. Store manager James is freaking amazing! He recognizes that there are a lot of issues but is working to fix them.

Not the best experience we’ve had at a Popeyes. If the drive thru is busy, the majority of the parking is blocked. Food was decent, unfortunately it wasn’t very warm by the time we got our order. Staff was not very interested in being friendly or getting orders out quickly.

Placed an order online and drove 10 minute to the place. Once I got there, they told me it was going to be 20 minutes until the food was ready. I couldn’t wait so I asked if it could cancel the order. He said to do it online and then walked away.

I tried to cancel it online and apparently I cannot do it. Tried again and the case was closed so I couldn’t get my money back.
