Haven’t been since around the time it opened. I had one visit for a small order at some point but it seemed to have really fallen off on food and staff, so I didn’t stop by for a long time. This week, my family asked to go. The staff was exceedingly polite and pleasant to interact with. Even the manager was actively listening and responding. Any changes or shortages were addressed immediately.

Good fast staff that seemed to care about you getting enough food for the pricey fast food. Tenders are amazing. Red beans and rice is a great side. Fries are so so. “Sweet heat ” sauce must be experienced. Highly recommend this particular location Popeyes restaurant.

They give you a good amount of food unless you’re getting shrimp. I do ahte that you can’t order shrimp by itself. Sometimes I just want a little popcorn shrimp snack. The wait is stupid long but most of the staff is friendly. Store manager James is freaking amazing! He recognizes that there are a lot of issues but is working to fix them.

The last 2 times that we went through the drive-through, we got home and found we were shorted on items we bought. The first time, it was one of our sides, and the second time, it was our dessert pies. Nothing makes me angrier than finding out I didn’t get what I paid for.

Service was mediocre and it took FOREVER!!!! It was a REALLY busy night for them being Liberty University Commencement, so a little credit there. We were missing two items from our order, which they gladly got for us, but we had to wait AGAIN. Overall not horrible. Food was good.

The food is not good enough to have to wait 45 minutes for it. Over 30 minutes in line at the drive thru, then they said we had to wait 7 more minutes for our chicken tenders after we paid. The girl asked if I wanted a medium or large drink, so I said medium since she was indicating that was the smallest option. BUT wait a minute, I was charged an extra 50¢ per meal for those drinks! I went inside because she gave me the wrong drink and I saw the chicken overflowing in the kitchen so much chicken, but yet no chicken for me. I finally asked for my money back because they still didn’t have my food ready 38 minutes after I paid for it. So much for 7 minutes wait. Never again. That was literally over an hour of my life I’ll never get back.
