It was not fast food in my opinion. We walked in and it looked like they was short staff. One lady did say she would be with us in a moment.. no one said thank you after spending 21 bucks.. also after our order people was standing in line while we ate.. Went through the drive thru around 1130pm. We ordered at the speaker a chicken – bacon sandwich biggie bag, 2 Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bags, and another biggie bag, all with honey mustard for the chicken nuggets that came with all the meals and 1 Large tea, 1 Large Coke, and 2 small Coke. Here’s where service gets BAD. We paid, got our food (with a bunch of talking to other employees in the middle), then checked our food and we saw that we were missing all the sauces, 1 small fry, and a 4 piece Chicken nugget. AND the tea was sour. We drove around to the speaker and politely told them all of those things. They said “what u want” referring to the sauce…we said honey mustard. They said ok. They then slammed TWO honey mustard sauces in our hand. For TWELVE chicken nuggets. They replaced the LARGE tea with a SMALL Coke. Then we sat in the parking lot in our car and ate. At 5 til 12 they were all outside smoking cigarettes. They weren’t supposed to close for another 5 minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I order a breakfast meal through the app on my phone. I soon got there and instead of any greeting the rude very much so rude lady told me they didn’t have breakfast, mind you is 7:00 in the morning. I informed her that I placed the order on my phone. She then said back “you’re not charged until we process the order on our side and we don’t have breakfast”. which is also very much so incorrect because the app said PAID and the funds was already deducted from my account. -10 stars out of 10 DONT recommend absolutely horrible customer service

I have never in my life seen such incompetence. I placed a door dash order and after an hour of the dasher begging the manager to make it, they refused and closed. Door dash confirmed that the order was received. They took the phone off the hook. $80 order and I will never eat at Wendy’s here again. My husband is diabetic and his blood sugar is low. Thanks.

Ordered 2 burgers, asked for no onions on one, onions were still on it. Had one order of garlic fries, tasted like they pulled them straight from the freezer, dumped garlic butter on them, then served them straight to us without cooking them. The bacon pub fries were a mixture of cooked and uncooked fries. I thought when Wendy’s boasted about being fresh that they would at least cook the damn food

Food was good but the staff are RUDE and very unprofessional. They make you park and wait for your food whenever all the “pull up” spots are taken; then forget about your order. Morning shift needs to be reevaluated for sure.

When you are hot and it has been horrendous they will make sure you are hydrated with cold drink and when you are homeless and in need Dave will make sure you are fed well.

I ordered 2 “Dave’s Singles” and a large soda and the total came out to around $13. The menu board had the 2 sandwiches listed at 2/$6, but the cashier rang them up separately and tried to argue I didn’t specify THAT 2 Dave’s Singles. I made sure my dad ordered THAT 2 singles. We barely saw staff at all and, when we did, it was like they were annoyed we were there.

I’ve always thought Wendy’s was good but the last two times I’ve been there I got my burger home to find out it was still bleeding in the center. I am not one of those people who like rare meat either. I like my burgers to be completely done.
