Whoever the girl is at the drive thru does not need to be doing that job. She frequently interrupts you and if you order anything other than how it is originally made (i.e.: only mustard) she can not comprehend. She tells you how it comes originally. Also, you will rarely actually get what you order. I.E.: instead of two jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, you might get a double stack 4 for 4 I never have issues in the mornings, but, late afternoon/evenings, the service is terrible, especially drive thru. I usually don’t do reviews like this as everyone gives bad service sometimes, but, it has been multiple times with this one lady. I will not be going there again.

Extremely long wait times to take AND receive your orders or even be acknowledged. Selfservice drink machine was down because of a reset and frosty machine was down or cut off and so wasn’t ready for orders.

Wendy, just not what it used to be service slow.
