Senshi Grill is such a solid spot in Springtown. We’ve eaten in the restaurant several times and also gotten takeout, and the food is always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The hibachi especially is amazing – they’ve got the flavor down every time. And that sauce they use… I don’t know what kind of magic is in it, but I swear I’d buy it by the bottle if I could. It’s that good.

The service has always been friendly and quick, and it’s just one of those places you feel good about supporting. Definitely a gem for a smaller town — we’re lucky to have it.

Excellent rolls of all kinds. My favorite was the shrimp tempura. Teriyaki chicken and hibachi chicken have been hard to decide on which to get as they are both so satisfying! Nice cozy atmosphere, kid friendly, or date night as the restaurant is versatile.

Small Town Gem with Big City Sushi Quality

Sometimes small-town sushi spots can be hit or miss—but this place is definitely an exception to that rule. The sushi here is excellent, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The edamame was flavorful, the Tuna Tower was exquisite, and everything we tried was top-notch.

The service was great, attentive without being overbearing. My only small wish is for a larger selection of specialty rolls, but what they do offer is done incredibly well.

If you’re craving quality sushi without having to make the trip to the city, this spot is absolutely worth checking out. A true hidden gem!

The food is better then any other sushi places I have eaten at before. I thought the prices were cheaper than most sushi places and the quantity of the hibachi steak was enough for my husband and I to split. We have been here three times everytime we have gone it’s been different times of the day and the owner is always working. She puts me to shame how much she works. I’m pretty sure the sushi wouldn’t be near as good if she wasn’t making it.

What a great little hidden gem on the Springtown square. The food was amazing, We got the California rolls and the hibachi Chicken. The food was fresh, hot and plated well. Very generous portions. The service was top notch. You don’t find food like this in Springtown, so we were very impressed.

First thing you notice walking in, it has a very chill vibe. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food was on point! Presentation was fantastic and quality was great! Kiera was our waitress, she was very helpful and informative. We ordered the tuna tower as an appetizer, it was delicious! Made perfectly and so pretty. For entrees we ordered the shrimp hibachi, the vegetable fried rice, and the firecracker roll. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. We’ll be back try more on the menu very soon! The price is good especially for the quality. The chef came to the table and asked question because we requested no sesame seeds on my husbands meal, to ensure he didn’t use anything that could be an issue to the safety of my husband regarding allergies. Highly recommend!!!

Atmosphere was awesome. Nice and relaxing. Customer service was outstanding. The food was extraordinary. Prestation was perfect. The wagu beef was superb. The broccoli was seasoned and cooked perfectly, the best we ever had. The sushi is by far the best. Their sushi chef adds meticulous care of prestation along with perfect portions. We had the sopiapilla cheese cake was to die for. They offer dine in and takeout. If your looking for an excellent oriental meal without having to drive to the DFW area, stop here! You will be delighted. Family owned business on the square in Springtown.

Nice little restaurant in old downtown Springtown. We arrived around 2 pm so it was not crowded. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. Our server let us know she was new, and she did a great job. We were never in need of anything. The menu had a nice selection, and we settled on fried dumplings, hibachi steak, and fried rice with wagyu beef.
Our food came out hot and looked awesome. Taste-wise, though, it was just ok. The dumplings reminded me of store bought, the fried rice portion size was small for the price and the taste was bland (i had to salt the food for taste), and the hibachi steak was the best meal of the night. The steak was flavorful, and the veggies/rice were good.
The only real downer was that while there were only 2 couples dining, there were three gentlemen (one seemed to be with the restaurant) in the middle of the room talking so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation.
This place seems to have a lot of potential, and we will try again in the future. However, for a $75 meal for two, it will have to be better than our first visit to keep us coming back.

My friend and I went here to grab some sushi. We didn’t know when we walked in that we would be ordering to go. The staff let us spend time talking (without pressuring us to order, but salso still attentive to our needs) which was nice. The service was great they were very understanding of the excessive amount of time that it took us to order and the fact that we wanted it to go.

1st time here and was thrilled we got seats immediately. Industrial decor, love the high top tables and quickly attended to. Had Gyosa, chicken was good. Prefer steamed but was great. Had Steak hibachi and chicken hibachi. Both sticky rice and fried was excellent. Sweet tea was made properly, wish they had wine. Family met us and one of the kids served us our appetizer. Definitely happy they are in our town. No need to head to Lake Worth for oriental anymore.
