This has got to be one of the worst and poorly ran locations ever! Let’s start with the horrific customer service and attitude from the employees. The drive thru order takers are terrible. Next, the orders are 80% of the time wrong. If I order a bacon double stack my sandwich should include bacon!!!! Not tomatoes (which was not ask for nor does it come on the sandwich). I’m so glad that I checked my order prior to leaving. I was told to pull up so my sandwich could be remade and it’ll be brought out to me. After waiting at least 6 mins I went inside and the incompetent workers had no idea that I was waiting and waiting for my food to be recooked. After snapping off and the manager having to be called over. I not only left with the correctly made sandwich (which the manager made herself) but I left with additional food and a full refund. This location needs to be closed or the entire team needs to fired. It’s truly a-shame how horrible this restaurant is!

How in the world is the Wendy’s in Yazoo a top 200 rating? Don’t go unless you want to deal with a LOT of bad attitudes. Cashier would not give receipt. Asked to pull up after drinks and ice cream received. No straws. Ice cream was wrong. Several cars passed as we waited. Backed up to window when drive through was empty. Was told 20 seconds left on timer and to pull up again bc couldn’t wait at window. Five employees stood there giving ugly looks, one snickering. Five minutes later, someone hung out the window and told me to back up. A worker with braces handed out the bag and walked away when I tried to talk to her. I know I was hungry and exhausted but I really don’t know anything we said or did to make them treat us like that. Oh! And they put the receipt in the bag! That was a first. They’ve NEVER given up a receipt. Whoever the girl with braces in the blue shirt was, is a terrible example of someone in customer service. The only good thing I can say is: the food was okay, except the snickerdoodle frosty didn’t have the cookies (?) on it. I almost asked for my money back because I was worried they may have done something to it.

Save your time and don’t stop here. People are working in slow motion. I have been waiting to order for 15 minutes when the restaurant is empty, and then another 30 minutes just to get the wrong order. How can you even mess up the same order three times? I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen.

This is the worst wendys ive been to, they were rude from the moment I got to the order window with asking “what do you want.” She had to restart my order multiple times because she kept trying to send me around before finishing ordering. They refused to give me a receipt, the teenager told me only the printer in the back works and he wasnt going to go get one. They forgot straws and all of the food was wrong. Im in the lobby writing this review as they refuse to come to the counter to fix any of it.

Worst experience at a fast food place ever waited 1 hour for 4 burger meals and somehow got every order wrong they had no passion or sense of urgency whatsoever will never recommend this place to anyone

Service was slower than my grandma crawling out of a pool of molasses in the middle of winter after two hip replacements. One girl was wearing both headphones and working the front end. Yolanda was very sweet and very very nice! I would make her the manager if she’s not already. She was the only one who had an ounce of customer service and a smile. Pretty clean facility, aside from one bathroom stall. Please please give her a raise! She still took time to be friendly and give good service although there was a line out the door. Never let Yolanda go or the place will probably catch on fire. And the nuggets slap of course. 10/10 on food. 5/10 on service ( literally only because I like Yolanda so much. Otherwise, -5/10) 9/10 on the facility itself.

We stopped at this Wendy’s while passing through on our way back from vacation. Even though it was busy, ordering was quick and the food came out correctly. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. Both ketchup dispensers were empty, the drink machine barely worked, and one of the two bathroom stalls had no toilet paper. Tables, windows, and doors all looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It seems like this location could really use some attention when it comes to upkeep and maintenance.

Mediocre is being overly kind. Hard rubbery no where even lukewarm patty, cold chili prolly never reached a simmer AND when did “Dave” quit selling chocolate Frosties⁉️
Talk about BORING. Nobody nor their brother in their right mind would ever eat another LAME AS* ’nilla Frosty and all the other cold crap I got tonight.
Does not even rate a pic but at least my order was efficiently taken with a smile.
Come on Wendy’s, ’cause “Quality is our recipe” has become a $11 buck “We don’t do that [senior discount] anymore” BAD JOKE‼️

Came inside for a chili and choc frosty combo. “We don’t have any chili tonight,” so I asked for freshly made fries and they were as limp and cold as the single’s pink undercooked patty. Will admit the frosty WAS cold—WHOOOOPIE…. Paid $10.45 for one of the WORST meals of my life. Considering the pathetic other fast food options in Yazoo City, I will unfortunately probably need to return. Also, the tables and floor were far from clean, sink has only cold water in the Men’s Room and no paper towels. The food was prepped fast but that’s a VERY minor point. I have the same expectations as 7 years ago, but something changed and it warranted a fresh review. One of the many cold hard facts of living with AND surviving 59+ years of type-1 diabetes is, well, you gotta suck up the carbs you just precisely calculated and shot up the insulin for to feed the sugar monkey junkie on your back—the potential alternatives are not a bed of roses ⚰️. Definitely not worth the insulin this time . Generously subtracting only two stars because Dave’s chili with crackers and a small frosty USUALLY rocks for “manual metabolism” (Read #T1D.)‼️

The night manager is an absolute rude lady who does not need to work in customer service. Saw her be rude to every person in there including the customers and employees. She was rude to the employee trying to help us, and then kicked us out of the lobby bc it was apparently late and closed(but open for customers to come in) and we were already ordering. It’s a Shame Wendy’s has someone as their manager at all. I own a business and was mortified the way she was treating customers, if it would’ve been in my business she would be fired immediately.
