Food was not up to par.. i live right down the street and my food was already room temperature. Which tells me it wasn’t fresh. The second clue was the appearance of the Pattie’s. Which i received 1 and a half of btw. I don’t eat out often.. but this is the second this year alone, that I’ve gone to this location and they’ve gave out food that they knew was not up to standard. Since nothing has changed from last year to this year, I’ll make this the last time i return.

*** Long Alert *** If you in a rush do not i repeat DO NOT go to this Wendy’s. I ordered a number 8 classic roll for breakfast. I get to my destination they gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead. So im rushing to take it back I get to the window the lady with the ponyatail says we are out of the classic rolls . Ok you read your screen and it said classic why not tell your customer you are out of it ?? Dont just give them what you want to give them . Everybody does not eat biscuits you cannot just pick what you want to give them . You could have acknowledge the customer that you was out when you saw the order coming in . I asked for a entire refund. Never again

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time. I went to the location on Old Canton Rd. this past weekend, and I must say the food was excellent! The burger was juicy and tasty, the fries were hot, and the sweet tea was good as well. I might make another visit soon!

Very very very rude and snarky. Atmosmosphere inside might have contributed to attitude as it reflected of bad vibes. Service was fast food was hot but that attitude was ridiculous. Definately needs training in hospitality and customer service.

Went through drive thru at Lake Harbor. Ordered a “large” frosty and a medium fry. At the second window I am given a fry and a small frosty. I questioned if that was a large and she told me they ran out of large cups. I asked if they had changed my billed amount or were they goung to and she looked at me like I was crazy for asking and repeated they had run out of large cups. I pressed the question and she left the window. Another girl came to the window and the scenario played out the same way. Someone gave her a second cup “large” with more frosty in it and she handed it to me. Fast food and just about everything else expects a perfect premium for less than stellar goods and services and acts like a person does not have the right or sense to expect anything else. These days the customer is a joke. It will work for a short time but just remember…you aren’t the only people with a burger and fries and eventually the guy who has them and wants to be fair and honest will be successful with the customers you threw away.
