This is a very very nice location. I love the seating area with comfortable chairs. The young lady who took my order never spoke and wasn’t very friendly. I was there around 10am, 11/11 for Veterans Day. I ordered the Bacon croissant meal as I rarely visit fast food restaurants. But it looked tasty!
After ordering I walked away from counter. I waited about 5 minutes or longer for order although I was the only one who placed an order inside. The young lady who took my order did ask if I needed jelly. She also made a remark to another employee that the customers in drive through had been very rude; jerking bag from hand etc. Maybe this is why she behaved in unfriendly way towards me but another customers behavior has absolutely nothing to do with me!
I didn’t feel welcomed nor was it a very pleasant experience. Those who own these facilities are unaware of how important customer service truly is when it comes to whether or not we return. The building is exceptional but the service sucks!

This may be one of the most well-run fast food places I’ve ever been to. Always courteous and professional staff and I never feel like I’m a burden for ordering food. Specific thanks to the folks there super early in the morning. It’s Wednesday and when I just went to pick my order up, I met two folks who seemed to be taking great pride in their work. Give the staff my compliments please.

I would highly recommend never going to this place. I personally will never go again and waste my money on food that is inedible. It’s not the first time that myself or others in my household have left there with totally incorrect orders or burnt food. The service is equally as bad. It’s in a great area right next to Chikfila and Costco which both are tremendous at service so it’s easy to assume this place would meet the same high standards but it’s my opinion that this location is poorly managed therefore it’s poorly operated.

Apple pecan chicken salad was terrible. Chicken was cold and not fresh. It seemed like they recycled there chicken and I was the unfortunate customer.. Will definitely not go to this Wendy’s again. Will try another Wendy’s and try my luck.

Placed order for two combos. I told the lady my order then another employee picked up asked me again and I told it to her. She repeated it to me but stopped halfway through and I repeated it again. Finished driving through paid and left. Food wrong sizes wrong drink correct but wrong size. I understand sometimes it’s busy but there were three cars including me. There’s no excuse for the order takers to mess up that bad when it’s not busy and multiple employees there to handle everything.

Slow!! they were being intentionally slow at 11:30.. There is nothing fast about this Wendy’s, You will be better off driving to the one on Lake Harbour, they move much faster.

Visited Wendy’s in Ridgeland, MS for a quick bite. Purchased $3.99 single Wendy’s burger & chicken tenders. Burger was tasty, fresh and satisfying. Tenders were average.

I visited this location at 11:10. The lady in the drive threw was curt, rude, and demanded my answer when I pulled up to the window. I told her what I wanted and before I could finish she cut me off and said, “What else you want?” When I pulled up to the window the lady handing out the food was arguing with the car in front of me. The gentleman was standing outside the window with the lady. After they left I pulled up and a few minutes went by. The lady came back and told me to pull forward. I asked her why, and she said if I didnt I was going to get cold food then slammed the door in my face. I checked my bag and the food was indeed cold and they spit on my fries and the bun of my burger. I wanted to turn back but was afraid given the hostility I received from the restaurant.
