I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. The employee who helped me was very rude and seemed completely uninterested in providing customer service. There was no greeting, no effort to be helpful, and my questions felt like an inconvenience rather than part of their job.
I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way—especially in customer service. The overall experience made me feel unwelcome, and it really took away from what should have been a quick and easy visit.
I hope management addresses this, because better customer service would make a big difference.

We had a delivery order and one of the item is missing (8 pc wings). Funny though they gave us an item we didn’t order. After reflecting the problem the “compensation” we got from the store is just 20% off next order, fyi you can easily find in their online coupon section. Very disappointed after this many years of using domino’s delivery service.

Some chick with brown hair and a ponytail just came and left our pizza on our front porch. 50 minutes later we got looking because the app didn’t even show that it was delivered. We went out to look and lo and behold. It was on the porch with a zillion ants and my husband brought it in and put it on the kitchen counter and opened it and then saw the ants and ran outside with it and then we just had to clean the kitchen down because there was ants on our kitchen counter top. Ring bell shows she never knocked or attempted to “deliver” it!
It was the Oak Ridge Location. My husband called and was told a same pizza would be sent. The same girl delivered it and we both went to the porch when she arrived, said she was sorry and would not do it again.

Ordered home delivery tonight. Got wrong order. Called and put on hold. Actually got sick of holding. Drove 20 mins to speak to manager while still on hold! Offered re-delivery of correct pizza lol-replaced the wrong one. I asked for better satisfaction since we paid delivery fee and then I had to drive and go out of my way. So one person made it-one person cut it-one person packed it-NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! Still on hold lol.Older gentleman there said I got your pizza-you got mine-here we are. My wife is going to be eating hot while Im eating cold and using my gas to come here. Being a past manager myself-I definitely would’ve replaced the pizza-credited the acct and made my customer feel like you actually cared. I wasn’t feeling that x 2.
