The woman working the drive through was soooo nasty because she gave me a receipt that said I was due $20 change when I paid with my card. WITHOUT me saying anything nasty to her she goes off on me and talks about she has a lot of money etc. Then when my order was WRONG, I came inside & she was still NASTY. I wanted my money back. SHE WAS THE MANAGER !!!!!!!!!!! Short, heavy set, top heavy (see the CAMERA) nasty as every!!!

Horrible customer service. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes to place my order. No one never said anything. 3 cars ahead got their orders. “Don’t give the same sorry line thanking me for my input & you will do better.” It’s a sorry excuse. Highly recommend TO NEVER GO HERE. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely horrible place lobby and bathrooms are never clean..the kitchen is nasty…bread has been moldy several times.. the general manager and manager has been into altercations with several customers how and why they haven’t been shut down or gotten new managers I don’t know…who ever is doing inspection should be looked into as well that place is nasty

When did Wendy’s start charging .30 cents per pk. for crackers? I ordered 3 small chili’s and was unknowingly charged .30 cents for extra crackers I didn’t even ask for, and I still didn’t receive all of them. Plus I’ve always been given 2 packs per chili without asking so even by that I should have gotten 6 packs, but still only received 5 packs total. Also the chili was soupy beans with some specks of meat!! I’ve worked at Wendy’s before and I know what the chili should look like, I’ve even made it myself!!! Then I was charged extra for that new chicken sandwich that was advertised for $6.89 but was charged $7.19 and it was dry. Hot but dry. The price for the chicken wouldn’t have been a problem if it was advertised as such. Things have really changed and it sucks. I’ve tried to get in touch with corporate but we all know how that goes!!!!! I spent $17.08 for a very disappointing meal. I guess that’s my sign to leave Wendy’s ALONE!!! Oh I will say the cashier was polite.

They say they open a 6:30 but they open when they want to. I have stopped there several times and the people inside won’t even talk to you!!! And when they do they are rude!!! I even had them tell me they didn’t have any coffee cups!!! They need new management or need to close!!! It’s a shame too because their breakfast is the best thing they serve when you can get it!!!
