If I could give zero stars I would this was my first time and last time I’ll ever order from here! I got pizza, breaded mushrooms that were burnt to all hell, a caprese salad lol what a joke I’ll add pictures below and a Teramasu cake.. it came squashed this place is not my go to ever again and after calling and complaining they said they will give me a discount of 35% off.. not including my food was ordered and didn’t come for hour and half

The owner used to make my pizza and it was always fresh. So sad to hear he was killed at his store. Such a nice guy who hired homeless people in hopes to help them get back on their feet. I will miss getting my pizza from here.

NOTICE: Owner was a really nice guy, it’s a shame a crazy person with a knife destroyed this business and the owner’s poor family, and just before the holidays. When will America wake up and start taking dangerous crazies like this piece of garbage off the street? This guy was released pending another trial and was able to murder. This was possibly the worst meal I have ever had from a restaurant. I ordered Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo and the chicken was just pieces of cartilage. The broccoli was frozen and not thawed out properly so it was just soggy. The Alfredo sauce was so bad I threw the whole meal away. They gave me some shredded lettuce as a side salad but at least the complimentary bread was decent. It was a complete waste of time and money and I will never eat here again.

Absolutely the worst Pizza I ever had! Worst Sausage I’ve ever tried to eat. The onions were cut in huge chunks. They offer a Five topping special with the 6th topping free…well the dough is so razor thin and soggy the toppings and cheese all slide off when you try to pick up a slice. I tried one slice, couldn’t finish I was so disgusted by the taste and threw the whole pie away. The owner should be locked up for even attempting to call it a Pizza!

WORST customer service I have ever received. We ordered our food through the app which is encouraged when you call the store. I ordered a chicken and broccoli rabe wrap instead of the Kaiser roll. It came on a roll. Okay not a huge deal. However we also ordered veal Marsala. It came with the pasta on the side but the pasta had red sauce on it. I have NEVER see Marsala served with a red sauce. When I called to request a side of plain pasta, the woman I spoke to said that I would have to pay for it because that is how they serve it. We have never ordered pasta from there before and never will again. Nowhere on the menu did it say the Marsala was served with a side of pasta with another type of sauce. She spoke over me the whole time I was asking for the food to be replaced. When I asked for a manager, she told me she was the person in charge. I asked the name of the owner and she said they were a corporation. When I asked for her boss’s name, she said she didn’t know. YOU DON’T KNOW THE NAME OF YOUR BOSS? Unbelievable. She had someone from the app call us back. He then explained the menu as she requested which was hilarious because he couldn’t even pronounce the items from the menu. The woman was RUDE. If you are hungry and I’m this area, choose ANYWHERE else. Do not order from this place. Extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed. I called in for a wrap and fries. I was told it would take 20 minutes because they were understaffed. I waited for 30 minutes and my food was not done. They took my money ( I am currently awaiting a refund) and gave me nothing but being late to work. I was also given a lot of attitude by the cook, who stated I told you it would be 20 minutes (as it was 10 minutes over), and continued to be rude. I am very displeased. The only reason I will be back is because I have a gift card, but I really do not want to go back. The cook getting an attitude with me for no reason, really bothers me and makes me not want to support this business.

I heard great things about La Piazza Di Caruso but I am not impress. My co-worker and I wanted a go to place for our lunches when we do not bring lunch from home. After hearing such great things about this place I was excited. I love italian sub and unfortunately I am very picky about how the sub is made. I can’t help it I was spoiled by Brother’s Pizza when I lived in VA. I like my italian with lettuce, EXTRA EXTRA mayo, oil and vinegar and the WHOLE sandwich heated. I didnt get that though even though I was very detailed, I mean detailed!!! I could get past the no lettuce, the sandwich not heated but I draw on the line with the MAYO!!!!! There was barely any mayo on the sandwich, the sandwich was dry it didn’t even taste edible. When a person says EXTRA EXTRA they mean extra mayo, not a slather. A slather is not EXTRA EXTRA mayo! I will just keep on looking.
