Not sure what went wrong. They were way too overwhelmed. They were sending everyone from the drive thru into the building to order. I had made a mobile order ahead of time. No problem. I waited in the car while boyfriend went inside. Waited at least a half hour to 40 minutes for the order. He relayed that it didn’t seem like anyone there knew what was going on. To be that busy, the car parked next to us were two employees on a special “smoke” break for quite a while when they could have helped the overflow of customers. Fries were luke warm… bacon burnt. Probably best to visit a different wendys next time.

Wow! And for a change I mean that in the best way possible. Kelley was at the front cash register taking our order, and she was freaking amazing! High, positive energy; Kelley made my entire family laugh and smile, and that is such an awesome way to start a lunch. The food came out quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious. Fries were perfectly crisp and salted just right. Every piece of food was ate and when my teenage daughter makes a comment about enjoying herself and the energy Kelley was feeding into the place, that is a huge win. Thank you to the entire staff for everything being so amazing!

The manager notice that the sweet wasn’t sweet. He made a whole new brew of sweet tea and was extremely professional. It was obvious that he cares about his customers and the company he works for! He could easily be a general manager for Wendy’s or any other chain restaurant for that matter.

6-7-23 @ 8pm PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!!! This crew needs a bonus cuz I will now be driving the few extra miles to go to this Wendy’s specifically. Clean, timely, order was perfect, most of all the ENTIRE crew was amazing!!!! The smiles, wonderful attitudes and working together as a team was the BEST I’ve ever witnessed!! I deliver Door Dash, and I was there a little bit after midnight, and the only person there was the manager! He was still able to get everything out in a really, reasonable time! That manager, was awesome! We need more people like him in our restaurants! Great work my guy!!

Absolutely love the honey butter chicken biscuit it’s my favorite. The breakfast potatoes are really good also. Not a fan of the biscuits and gravy or the sausage it’s got a good bit of spice to it. Usually friendly staff and pretty fast service have been here many times and will continue going back as of right now

Where you go by there every single night between 8:45 and 9 the outside lights is cut out in the parking lot looks like they’re closed in fairhope Alabama Wendy’s not on that last night and he said that at 11 last night they was closed I mean if it says you’re up until 1 then how you going to get customers if you closing it 11 instead of war-like you post to and then you parking lot looks like it’s dark and everybody’s going over to the waffle House and getting the food that’s where all the business for Wendy’s in fairhope is going to is at the waffle House

We stopped for lunch after church. Customer service was phenomenal. Food was hot, delicious and was out quickly. The manager Michael went above and beyond to make us and all the kids feel welcomed!!
