The workers are very nice and welcoming. I love how they added a bunch of frosty flavors, the Oreo brownie one is my fav. Love all the sandwiches and burgers but I do wish they would add a new one so I could try something different for a change. 🙂

I went to Wendy’s in Fairhope a couple of days ago and had as spectacular visit. I tried the new chicken tenders they were nice and hot. The food came out super quick and the employees were very nice and helped me when I didn’t know what I wanted they suggested the new chicken tender which were amazing the drive through cashier Allen was very sweet with a big smile.
10/10 recommend.

I went to store 334 for lunch today. Normally the food and the service is great there as I order and eat inside there a few times per month. Today an elderly lady was the only customer ahead of me. The clerk brought out a small frosty. The lady stated “The coupon stated a medium frosty”. The customer and the clerk started arguing about what the coupon did or did not say. I stood there for five minutes waiting to place my order while they argued. When the clerk stated “Oh I can’t wait to get out of here!” I left and went to another restaurant.

Absolutely livid! Was laughed at and joked about by the staff when the coke machine sprayed my shirt with the dye/syrup – “it happens all the time” that’s not funny! No apology, no can I help, no we need to fix it … nothing – just laughing and joking about how it matched the tie dye on the back of my shirt now – that’s not funny – my shirt is ruined and someone else is going to have it happen to them

I come to this Wendy’s every week, usually in the evening. The people there are always happy and having a good time. My food is always hot, fresh, and fast. On the rare occasion that I have an issue, they fix it right away, no hassle. And their frosty machine is always working!

I went to this store in this location. It was dinner rush. Everything was hot and fresh. And the service was lightning fast! It was Steph and Star on the drive thru. They were happy to serve customer. Smiley faces. Happy people. We are coming back for sure!

Arrived today at 415 ordered a medium meal an additional 10 nuggets Large drink and small frosty. Was asked to move up. When she came out I stated I just needed the medium drink. The older lady asked didn’t she hand it to me I stated no (she only handed the large and frosty) she came back out with a Large and rudely handed it to me stating she just made another that she knows she gave me my drink. I tried to let her know I just needed the medium not the large which she replied I asked for a large.
To the old lady working 11/1 at 415pm at the pickup window hope your day gets better. Like my 7-year old said… she’s rude maybe she didn’t get enough candy yesterday so she’s not happy.
If indeed you ring me up wrong you could’ve stated that I would have bought an additional.

Our fave thing at Wendy’s – the breakfast croissant sammies with the breakfast fries, and their chili!!!! We never expect good customer service at fast food anymore, it is what it is…BUT, the team here has always been nothing but exceptional. I don’t eat a lot of fast food but Wendy’s will always have my heart, esp. the one here!!!
