I had a craving for some Bahamian food, and I found this place on Google. I ordered over the phone and went to pick it up right before they closed. Keep in mind they close early by 6pm. The woman who took my order was very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our meals, we ordered the Brown Stew chicken and Cracked Conch with rice and pigeon peas and macaroni and cheese. The flavors were great, the portion sizes are just a little small. And our brown stew chicken was more bones than meat. But like I said we ordered at the end of the day, so it’s probably what was left. Nonetheless, the food was great and we will return!

The food was delicious . The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the wait time was insane. It took almost 50 minutes for me to get my food. However, in all fairness, the cashier warned me ahead of time they were backed up. But she said it would only be 20 to 25 minutes. To avoid this issue in the future I will call ahead. But for now they get a 4.5 rating.

I’m particular about my Bahamian food, specifically how conch is prepared. I typically avoid fritters as they’re always more batter than conch. So I chose the grilled conch dinner. The dinner comes with rice and peas and one side. There was a considerable amount of conch. It was seasoned and grilled well. As others have said all food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait. If I’m in the area again I will consider going back.

The food is Bohemian and was my first time having it so my review may not be helpful. There is a very small dining area that played music that was a bit loud. The food was okay, but, it’s also not my type of cuisine. It did however seem to be a favorite among the locals. My review is just neutral. Not good, nor bad.

First of all, the customer service is amazing. As far as the conch salad…. I absolutely love the taste and freshness however not a lot of conch and a whole lot of onions. Too expensive for the amount of conch they put. Fried shrimp was amazing, very seasoned. Conch fritters balls good dough nicely seasoned but little to no conch inside. Fried conch was not really seasoned but very fresh. Overall, if they put more conch in their products and make it worth the price I would go every day. You can tell the conch is very fresh. But I’m begging for a super sized conch salad with no onions and extra conch I would love this place forever and tell everyone about it on all my platforms.

If you are searching for authentic fresh conch salad and conch fritters… this is it. I’ve been at Bahamas Long Island and tasted the freshly caught conch and if you have experienced that, you know NOTHING beats that. Although you don’t get the ocean vibes, this place had really fresh conch. It looks like a hole in the wall kind of place but I would say it’s so worth it if you’re searching to relive the taste of fresh conch salad. The man serving us was extremely friendly as well. You can’t have the ocean view here, but you can stare at this beautiful wall while eating your food.
