Tried recently and they were closed during normal hours. Drive thru wait time was long the next so we gave up. Credit card machine wouldn’t work once. Out of whatever we wanted the next. We give up trying to go here.

Went through the drive thru around 8:40 pm. Turns out they gave our order to a door dash driver. Instead of fixing the situation as soon as possible they made us wait over 20 min to give us our food. They brushed us aside and served everyone else behind us and had us wait on the other side by the door. We had a really small order that should have been simple to fill. We spent about 30 min total at the drive thru. Worst service I’ve ever received at any Wendy’s my entire life.

Went through drive-thru today, and the person was RUDE!! While placing my order, she kept cutting me off by telling me the price, instead of asking, “Was there anything else?” When I got to the window, she mumbled the price so low I could barely hear her. After receiving the food, I asked for a receipt, and she shrugged her shoulders and mouthed “No Receipt ” and walked away from the window. What type of customer service is that?????

Drive-through on 02-05-2023 at 9:45. Pulled up to order no one greeted me. I asked if anyone was there then the lady said wait a minute RUDELY. Waited and she took my order. Got to the window and waited 10 minutes on food. Asked for condiments the lady said NO and walked away. Horrible service and rude to customers. Would not recommend this eating establishment!!

I love Wendys but if I could give it less than one star I would. Terrible service and extremely rude and impatient with their customers. Not to mention their food is always too greasy and soggy or burnt and they take forever to make your food. Given this location many chances but I will never be coming again.

Can’t ever get a meal after 9pm. Y’all gotta get a better night crew. If I ever try to come here after I get off work at night the drive through doesn’t move at all. It’s ridiculous. Don’t be open late if you’re not even going to be able to serve people

Worst restaurant in town. The staff is awful. Makes you sit for 10-15 minutes at the drive-thru intercom so that you will leave. Once they do take your order they will tell you that they either don’t have the item or you will have to wait another 10-15

Only person in line at first. I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and a separate large fry and sausage biscuit. They put absolutely NO bacon on the baconator and when asked they called me a liar so I showed them. And after I had noticed and drove back to the store they messed up 2 other peoples orders after me as well. I mean come on 3 people go thru ur line, ur not busy and u screw up all 3 orders is pathetic. Not to mention they dumped both orders of fresh in the bag. Just absolutely appalled at the service we got, with the attitude we got and called lairs.
