Definitely short staffed like many places. The speaker in the drive thru is horrible. You can’t understand what they say. The lights on the menu board done work. So if you go at night, it’s very hard to read. I got my order and I ordered a large Coke and there was no ice in the cup. I asked if they had ice and they said no the machines broke. The guy the window was very nice. You can tell that the owner does not invest much in this location. No lights and no ice machine.

They made me pull around to wait for my food, which absolutely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. It was super unclear where we were supposed to pull forward to, and she ended up giving my food to the wrong person at first. Then I quickly opened the bag and noticed I didn’t have a fork for my Baconator fries, so I asked her for one, and she told me I needed to go back through the drive-thru to get one. To make a long story short, I’m eating my Baconator fries with my fingers. (I came back and changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because the food was good.)

Only person in line at first. I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and a separate large fry and sausage biscuit. They put absolutely NO bacon on the baconator and when asked they called me a liar so I showed them. And after I had noticed and drove back to the store they messed up 2 other peoples orders after me as well. I mean come on 3 people go thru ur line, ur not busy and u screw up all 3 orders is pathetic. Not to mention they dumped both orders of fresh in the bag. Just absolutely appalled at the service we got, with the attitude we got and called lairs.

Stopped in to get my wife and I something to eat. As I pulled in, several employees were outside. I ordered our food which in turn I was given watered down sodas, our food ended up being cold and the customer service was none existent. I noticed a sign that said hiring for all positions. I think since the owner is unable to hire qualified managers to see after the horrible employees, the store should just close. We will not be back. If I wanted cold food, I would have just ate at home.

Hi,I went to Wendy’s in Northport yesterday morning & the service was horrible. The lady in drive thru window attitude sucked very bad & on top of that my food wasn’t fresh. I’m a regular customer who goes at least 3 times a week for breakfast. Idk what has changed but they need to fix it. I won’t be back until they get better with customer & food service. Maybe new management or someone who will stay on top of things.
