The line for this Wendy’s looked a little long, but it moved fast! I waited like 10 minutes. Loudwin was the nice lady who took our order. It was a little past midnight and her energy was fantastic! I ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger and that was juicy and tasty!

Ok. So. I love Wendys. Had high hopes for a late night quick dinner. Um. Well never going here again. We ordered over $30 through online delivery. Waited in drive thru for probably 20 minutes. Get to window and order was not ready. The lady at the window was extremely rude. We ordered 3 orders of spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch and didn’t receive a single order of them. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and mayo, didn’t get that, Fiance ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich and this this thing let me tell you. It was a hockey puck. If I was playing for the Flyers and Marty Brodouir was still a goalie for the Devils, this piece of chicken would’ve broke through his helmet. Inedible. Never buying from here again.

Food would have been better if it wasnt cold & service was trash. If im the only one in a drive thru with maybe 2 people in the lobby, i shouldnt feel rushed or like an inconvenience to somebody just cause they’re probably already having a bad day. The ignorance in the tone was jus so uncalled for & all i could do was laugh cause im like wow she’s really trying to kill my vibe for simply existing at the intercom. The cashier Tajera has a very ugly attitude cause why so much hostility over taking someone’s order if thats your job? The eye rolling, the huffing & puffing, the sudden need to pass off my order to somebody else who also gave an attitude over asking for my receipt, like seriously all that for what? Ive been in the food industry for 10years & this is just not how we take care of our people. To the management, do better at reading vibes when hiring & to the employees, do better at keeping your personal problems seperate from your work place cause not everybody enjoys an experience like that after working a 10 hour shift in the kitchen themselves thank you!

The parking lot has been trashed for the past 5 days! The lobby has been closed for 3 days and the employees don’t even seem to know whats going on. They messed up my order twice so I just drove off in frustration. A big waste of time and have no value for the customers!

The issue is that they are understaffed and have not opened the sit down area in quite some time. The last time I went in drive thru, we waited about 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us as they only had one person who was doing everything herself. I give her credit for all she was doing as it was not her fault she was alone. They need to be managed better to go back to how they used to be.

This location just opened up and I just went. Good location overall and nice building with great service as well. Food was good but the layout inside especially by the cashiers is badly planned. Since if there is a line it extends out into the actual eating space and it gets crowded if it’s ever busy inside…

I came during my lunch break and ordered a large pretzel pub burger, with a 6 piece slice chicken nuggets with ranch, and large sweet tea. When I got to the window the cashier even asked me before paying if I was the one with the pretzel and spicy nuggets. I said yes. I ate the fries on the drive back but they were immediately cold. To my displeasure I find the rest of my order in shambles when I get back to work. The spicy chicken nuggets with ranch I ordered were classic nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and the pretzel pub burger was just a normal cheese burger with lettuce tomatoes and onions on a classic bun. Normally I don’t complain about restaurants for making little errors here and there but this was not even close to correct and not equal to what I paid for.
