My experience with Wendy’s was excellent; The attendant, very friendly and attentive. However, it’s unfortunate that the person who assisted us is left completely alone after 11 p.m.—handling the drive-thru, preparing the food, and delivering the orders all by herself. They should really consider having backup staff for that shift.

Living just across the street from this Wendy’s, I’ve become a regular for my lunch breaks, particularly enamored with their Loaded Nachos Double Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order last night. However, upon returning today, I was greeted by Yani, the team leader (apologies if I misspelled your name), who handled the situation with exemplary kindness and professionalism. Yani’s sincere apology and generous offer of a complimentary meal not only rectified the error but also reinforced my love for this Wendy’s location. Such gestures of goodwill are rare and truly appreciated. A huge thank you to Yani and the team for turning a small mishap into a memorable customer service experience. This Wendy’s continues to be my favorite, not just for the delicious burgers but also for the warmth and friendliness of its staff.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s more times than I’d like to admit, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a single decent experience. The staff is mostly rude, acts completely bothered by even basic questions, and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by showing up. You’re supposed to be in the business of customer service, yet you can barely get even the bare minimum here.
And the dipping sauce situation? Absolutely ridiculous. They love to charge extra for everything, but the part that really got me was when my kid ordered nuggets and they didn’t give any sauce. When I asked for BBQ, the employee straight-up refused to give it to me. I had to get the manager involved, and even then they handed me one sauce with this attitude like they were doing me a huge favor—while reminding me there’s “normally a charge.” Honestly, it’s both funny and unbelievably stingy at the same time.
I don’t mind paying for extra sauce—just tell me nicely and stop acting like customers are the problem.

Ok. So. I love Wendys. Had high hopes for a late night quick dinner. Um. Well never going here again. We ordered over $30 through online delivery. Waited in drive thru for probably 20 minutes. Get to window and order was not ready. The lady at the window was extremely rude. We ordered 3 orders of spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch and didn’t receive a single order of them. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and mayo, didn’t get that, Fiance ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich and this this thing let me tell you. It was a hockey puck. If I was playing for the Flyers and Marty Brodouir was still a goalie for the Devils, this piece of chicken would’ve broke through his helmet. Inedible. Never buying from here again.

Ordered a Baconator, got a ‘Half-a-nator’ instead. Apparently, bacon was on a budget that day. Had to squint to find it. The official Wendy’s website advertises 6 pieces of bacon instead I got this garbage with 2 pieces of bacon bits. Not sure if the person cooking is a vegan or something but they gotta go and so does this establishment. Disappointed tastebuds and a disappointed wallet.

This location just opened up and I just went. Good location overall and nice building with great service as well. Food was good but the layout inside especially by the cashiers is badly planned. Since if there is a line it extends out into the actual eating space and it gets crowded if it’s ever busy inside…
But regardless of that, I will be going back but mainly through the drive through.

Just ordered a crispy chicken BLT on my lunch brk and recieved a chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce this is wendys not McDonalds if i wanted a Mchicken i would have gone to Mcdonalds, next time im going to MCDONALDS and adding tomatoe and bacon ON THERE MCHICKEN I dont mind paying extra AS LONG AS THEY give me what i ordered

The parking lot has been trashed for the past 5 days! The lobby has been closed for 3 days and the employees don’t even seem to know whats going on. They messed up my order twice so I just drove off in frustration. A big waste of time and have no value for the customers!
