Idk if the owner changed or something but lately the food has been inconsistent. Sometimes I get my food cold and yesterday, they actually have me burnt eggrolls. Couldn’t even eat it. So disappointing.

Typically, Jack in the Box offers a pleasant dining experience due to their freshly prepared and hot food. However, on this occasion, the meal was not up to standard. The fries, in particular, seemed stale and cold, and the burger lacked its usual flavor and quality. I kindly request that you maintain your food quality, as I genuinely appreciate your food.

Got two tacos and they were delicious. The lady (Marcela C.) working at the drive thru was very nice. Always get great service here. I really appreciate that they print the server’s name on the receipt. Thanks

The service is great but the milkshakes taste funny like I don’t know if they need to clean it or what. Also there’s a lot of homeless hanging around that area especially right next to the Jack in The box in the Arby’s. So sometimes I feel like I’m going in to get a Jack in the box cheeseburger and leave and getting mugged lol if they change those two things it definitely be a five star

I stopped by to get a milkshake and some tacos, I also ordered a spicy chicken burger, the menu price is $8.99 but they charged me $9.99, I told the cashier and first she said: It’s because of the taxes, I told her that it’s not like that, the taxes are added to the total, that the menu had the price of $8.99, and she said “I don’t believe it” as if I was lying, I suggested that they change the prices so it was correct and they wouldn’t cheat people, then she asked me if I wanted salsa, I told her mild, and when I got home what she had in the bag was mayonnaise.

If I’m in the area, I will stop at the Fourth Plain Jack. The Manager I believe has been around a long time and runs a tight ship. As always, the food was great, cashier friendly and I received it quickly. Had to have the tacos today! Hopefully you’ll have the pumpkin shake this year!!!

After confirming my order in the drive thru and being asked to pull up to the window, my car stalled. I immediately got out with my remote jumper to try and get it going. The manager came out and I thought I would get some help. Instead, she told me that maybe i could find someone to help me push it. I couldn’t be clogging up her drive thru. She took my cables off my battery while it was still on. Now I can’t get it going at all. I was able to push it out by myself, luckily. When I went inside, she was sitting down with family eating little Caesars. Personally, i feel that if a manager is on the clock, she should be working and not serving other food in the open dining room. The food was great, but I’ll never be back with service standards and after seeing that health code violation. I suggest to others to find a different Jack in the Box
