If it were possible to give negative stars I would. Went through the drive through a little after 10 PM last night. One item we ordered we were told they were out of, no problem but their response was “we’re closing soon.” Their hours are 6:30 AM to Midnight. No they were not closing soon. There was no other customers when we pulled into the parking lot. No reason our order could not have been fresh. The order they gave us was wrong. The food was cold. When I say cold I mean as if someone put one of the burgers in a freezer, not just room temp. The rest of the order appeared as if it had been sitting out. Nothing in this bag was safe to eat. They did not want customers and made it very clear our food was the last thing they were concerned with. I was actually afraid to eat it as it looked like they messed with it on purpose. That entire crew should be fired. I would not trust your health with this place as the employees have no business handling people’s food.

Came at 10:15, mind you they close at 12, no one in parking lot or in restaurant, got wrong order, hamburgers were litteraly cold, fries were nasty. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER GOING BACK. No offense, but how do you screw up an order when it’s the only one, you don’t, that’s just “i just don’t give a %#$@” attitude! It’s disgusting and we will be contacting corporate!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE, I WOULD! Google makes me give them one!

1st time I went service was slow ok i get just opened still learning. So thought i would tey again not only was the service slow but they completely got my order wrong. So needless to say i will never be back to this wendys again and I work right acroas the street i onky went because it was convenient.

Place just opened and it already has your typical terrible fast food service and terrible staff attitude. Usually when places first open they start off good and go downhill but this place just gets right too it and starts off at the bottom. Feel free to skip.

This is the best wendy’s around. The nuggets are by far the best I’ve ever had, and the atmosphere is amazing. The people there are awesome. I was served by a wonderful member of the team named Javen. They were all super friendly and handled a large order well! The place is also very clean!

Terrible service. The lunch crew is a bunch of idiots. Serve up the wrong food, no counter worker so you must use the dirty streaky kiosk( if they are working) and act like your visit is a giant inconvenience.

Wow. Just. Wow. Does this place even have a management staff? I’ve gone through the drive thru a couple of times now as I always believe in giving a place a second chance, ESPECIALLY a new restaurant. You could die in the drive thru line from waiting so long. Only to receive your order… yes wrong of course. I really want to like Wendy’s, but this one is brand new and simply awful. Get effective management who can properly manage a store and train their employees correctly!!
