This franchise is horrific. Everytime we order it’s either something was microwaved, frozen or the order came out wrong. I called the manager and he didn’t seem to care other than saying “I appreciate the information.” Customer service is completely gone and all of the food is always stale or not cooked. We won’t be ordering from here again and hope others don’t either.

The people at this location are sorry! They all seem to have bad attitudes! I asked for ranch at the window, they said they would put it in the bag but we had to pull up to wait for the chicken. The man that brought the food out practically shoved the bag in the truck window and walked away, not a single word or anything! Also, no ranch! BAD ATTITUDE AND INCOMPETENCE! There is absolutely no reason for service to be that bad. Honestly.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this Wendy’s in Northport was truly disappointing and needs to be addressed. After waiting over five minutes for my order, I received my food cold and missing the sauce I specifically requested when placing my order. When I politely asked for the sauce at the window, the employee(a dark skin male) was extremely rude and slammed the sliding service window shut in my face without saying a word.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If you’re working in a customer-facing role, the bare minimum should be common courtesy and respect. Being short-staffed or having a rough day doesn’t give anyone the right to treat customers poorly.
To make matters worse, the cold food shows a clear lack of care or attention to quality along with getting my burger with onions and pickles after I specifically said no onions or pickles. If I were the owner or manager, I’d be seriously concerned about who is representing my business. This kind of behavior not only pushes loyal customers away—it damages the brand as a whole.
I hope management sees this and makes the necessary changes so future customers don’t have to go through a similar experience

For starters, all of the lights were out on the exterior so you couldn’t tell that the place was even open until I walked up to the front door, this was around 8:30 pm. The air-conditioning in the lobby was set way too high, probably because they don’t want patrons eating inside. I was only able to order at the kiosk after the order it took about 15 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches, two french fries and a bowl of chili, and a couple drinks. Took the food to go because it was too dang cold to eat inside. When my son and I came home and started eating our meal, we discovered that both of our chicken patties were undercooked and completely raw.
I attempted to reach out to the Wendy’s location, but could not find a phone number anywhere online. I also did not have a receipt in my bag to reference a phone number there.
It’s very unfortunate because we’ve been meaning to go to this location for the first time and it was very convenient near our home.
As far as service goes, forget about it. You will be dealing with a bunch of rude people.
I get this is and most likely new staff. Please do better for our community Wendy’s. You are located on prime real estate.

Great new location, however, the service here is absolutely atrocious. My son and I went in for dinner, and as I was walking to the counter to place my order they barked out “use the kiosk”. I had pulled up a deal in the app that I was going to redeem in store. When I was forced to use the kiosk it wouldn’t accept my reward, said I already used it. I went to the counter and asked if they would still allow me to use it, “No! We don’t honor problems in the app”. You would have thought I was trying to steal the dang frosty.
Coke freestyle machine out of almost all drink options and there was no ketchup in the lobby. No way was I going to ask them for any, wouldn’t want to put them out again by having to provide a semblance of service.
Sad, gorgeous new building plagued by the traditional Wendy’s horrible service.

I’m not sure why this Wendys has such bad reviews. I’ve been here a decent number of times and each time the food is made really well. There used to be a long wait time, but that was because they had just opened at this location. The salads specifically are fantastic! Never had a bad salad here.

went there and got a biggie bag and did not receive my fries. My bf also ordered a meal with no bacon and tomato for personal reasons and they put it in there anyways. the lady even repeated the order so i’m not sure why it was even messed up in the first place.

Hindsight should have went somewhere else after using bathroom dirty dining outside trash overflowing trash containers. No coke or lemonade fountain drinks. Dropped fries on countertop used bare hands put in containers. Had to remind ordered frosty gave to someone else. If there was a manager their I think they need another one
