If I could give this 0 stars I would I spent almost 30$ for 2 pretzel bacon pub sandwiches for my kids got down the road opened up the sandwiches and they was regular buns called and they hung up on me before I could even say a word called right back and the manager answered the phone with a attitude and when McKenzie answered I told her my problem she said with a attitude that they don’t have those sandwich buns right now and I told her that it should have been told when we ordered them then and she said I wasn’t the one that took your order and loose the attitude. Then ran her mouth some more and hung up on me. When I arrived back at the Wendy’s she hid in the back and tried to tell me to call back in the morning. This night shift manager needs fired and ya need to get someone in there that has your customers best interest in mind.

Worst Wendy’s around. Rude employees. Slow to answer, I think they want you to drive away. Food is stale. Given them about 5 + tries to do better. So bad, we’ll drive to WGV.

Currently sitting in the drive through at 11:34pm and they close at 12:00am. We can see the people inside ignoring us completely and acting as though we are not sitting in plain sight of them. We called and they let us know that they have a water leak and they didn’t let us know because, “we turned our headsets off too”. Water leak is understandable, lack of communication to guests, not so much.

The service was great; quick and accurate! (We placed a large order and it was spot on.) Oddly though, for being a brand new built Wendy’s and on the interstate, it is very small and cramped when 10+ people are inside.

I wanted to give it a 2 star but the day staff is really great. Problem is after 9:30 – 10:00PM there’s a high chance they’ll just ignore you and won’t take your order. Even though they’re open til midnight.
