Overall the experience I have at any Wendy’s restaurant is about the same. I love the price, the food is good with hot fries and the majority of the time they get your order correct. We eat Wendy’s slot for lunch because of the Biggie Bag deals and the 4 for $4!

We went in order baconator with out cheese and bake potatoes. Got noticed after I paid for it the potato would take 4 minutes before they got done. Already fixed hamburger so I got it and it had cheese carried it back and they did fix it right are burger went back to ask for potato they said it would be another 12 minutes. At this time I was mad. My wife wanted to try the strawberry frosty and went back to counter and no one would wait on her.

Very Rude and Racist people. My boyfriend was wearing a confederate flag hat and they took one look at us and started treating us rudly. We ordered our food at 8:29 but didn’t receive it until 8:58. The customers that cam in after us were all given their food in a timely manner. The Manager spoke up and asked the cashier why she put order on the bottom. The girl turned and looked at the manager. The manager then stated “oh, I know why”. The cashier wouldn’t even look at us when she was bagging our food. I know people do get offended by the hat but the flag doesn’t represent what people think it does. People really need to educate themselves on history! We were clearly judged and racially profiled. I have never felt so out of place.

Inconsistent service and food temps. Update: Service is not their priority. Dining room is closed randomly. Today it was exact cash or card only. Said the safe was broken. Ordered sourcream and chives potato. Cashier after the food was ready said they had no sour cream. Then i asked for butter. She said she would check the back and waited on three more customers before she checked. Guess what? She found both of them. But my potato was not hot any longer. She acted like she had done me a favor. I said that they should have that stuff up front. She couldn’t care less. Ordered a small frosty and gave us large. Then while we were eating asst. Manager and employees were gathered at the front loudly and negatively discussing either the boss or managers rules and tasks they had been charged with . Changing from 3 stars to 1. Zero would be better. Service is generally slow and borderline diarespectful to customers. They act like you are there for them.
