I had ordered through drive through on 10/23/2025. I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss and two piece kids meal. They messed everything up and the chicken for the kids meal was raw. I didn’t realize there mistake until I was home. I attempted to call but no one answered. From now on I will just order from McDonald’s or Wendy’s.

Great staff!! There was a van in the back of the parking lot with a vanity plate “diva girl”. I sure hope it was this lady’s. Not only did she brighten my day with her fantastic greeting and was so on top of things, she was handling quality control in the back to a T. Rockstar!! Thank you for making my day thank you for making my day! Sorry for the pic, you were too fast for me to read your name tag 🙂

We love the people who work here, they are always very nice! I love the drive thru peeps too! We started to order online to get these free sandwich every week in April 2024. Join the rewards thru the app. Today’s sandwich was very fatty, but it was free, so what can I say? Enjoy my 19 pictures!

The door was broken, the order was taken incorrectly, coke mysteriously became diet Coke, and Barq’s needed to be explained as root beer.
The “beef” didn’t seem like beef at all. It didn’t require chewing. My fries were also cold, Yuck.

I am writing this review to share my experience about the disrespectful and discriminatory treatment I received at your Arby’s location today, October 12, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m. The staff involved were the manager with dreadlocks and a cashier wearing glasses.
After placing a large drive-thru order, I entered the store to clarify the order and pay. While waiting in line, I briefly stepped aside to organize my coupons at the counter. The manager with dreadlocks began scolding me, in front of my children, accusing me of skipping the line. My attempt to explain that I had a prior drive-thru order was ignored.
When it was my turn, the manager deliberately bypassed me and called the customer behind me. She then profusely apologized to him, as if I had done something wrong. This public shaming and blatant disrespect caused me and my children significant embarrassment.
I believe this treatment was directly related to my skin color and my accent, and I am deeply offended by the unprofessional and biased conduct of your staff.
I believe there are cameras recordings to validate all that I have mentioned.

Clearly open, but I guess drive through only despite no signs on any of the locked doors and people (employees I guess) eating inside.

Looked like they were staffed well enough, not sure why they’d lock the doors at 2pm on a Wednesday but I guess I’ll just go to the other Arby’s

Ordered from this store with doordash missing items food was horrible ordered beef and cheddar and as you can see in pic barely any cheese manager asked what I wanted told her a free meal since this was sigusying for 30.00 told her that’s what I wanted or I would complain to doordash she said are you threatening me i said no you asked she said go ahead complain to door dash she needs to ve fired I would give a zero or negative if I could

Ordered two of the new Wagu deluxe bacon burger. One with no pickles and one with no pickles, lettuce and no tomatoes. I asked the cashier to make sure it was correct because I heard another cashier talking to the cook about someone else’s order being wrong because it had pickles. What I got was one with everything but no bacon and one with no pickles and no bacon but everything else.
They were both marked special.
