Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude staff, dirty, and they never have Frosties for some reason. Thought this was Wendy’s, not McDonald’s and their broken milkshake machine. Ordered breakfast online and arrived before the 10:30 pick up time, per the website. Sat in the drive-through (at the speaker, only one in line)for almost 10 minutes. Finally they came on and said they couldn’t serve me breakfast anymore because it was after 10:30…I know the time, I’ve been sitting here since BEFORE 10:30! Pretty sure they just made me wait bc they put away breakfast before they were supposed to. Absolutely ridiculous.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude staff, dirty. Then they had the nerve to accuse me of wanting free food!! First of all you charged me 49.50$ and didn’t even give the complete order and when asked for my receipt I guess it was the manager which has no respect at all comes to the window says the machine is broke we ain’t got a recipe .. First that’s not a way to approach a customer. I can say the only dissent human was a young gentleman was very nice to the situation but all the other staff including your managers are horrible no costumer friendly at all !! I will be contacting your corporate office and any franchise owners. so sad that I had to leave with out the meals missing for 2 of my grandkids. Traveling from upset Jersey having 7 children whining for food because they where hungry.. had to divide 5 4 buggy bags with 7 kids it’s unreal never again horrible no stars given they are the worst drive thru service I ever had along the East coast

I order online delivery (doordash). Service time was good. But when I got my order it was cold. Bread was hard on the burgers. Chicken was hard as a rock. Order root beer got coke instead. And missing 1 order of fries.

Sat there for 30 minutes they didn’t even take my order. Asked how much longer the wait would be the woman got nasty with me. Would never give this place a penny . Drive up the road to McDonald’s your better off.

What an absolute joke. So to start things off we get there and only one door is open so if you parked on the right side of the building you had to walk all the way around to the left side to get in. Next we walk up to the counter and the girl taking the orders acted as if she wanted to be doing anything other than being helpful she was not listening to what we were asking for then once we finally got done ordering getting the food took a little while they called my husband’s name and as he walks up to the counter to get our food he realizes that his sandwich that he ordered and his french fries basically his whole order was missing. He had to flag the girl down and once he got her attention she said we didn’t have the right bun for your sandwich. Y’all they were out of pretzel buns so instead of putting his sandwich on a regular bun or you know offering him a refund or a substitution they literally just didn’t make his food, and as I said no refund or substitution was offered so they were just going to keep his money for food that he wasn’t getting. My husband then had to tell them well I’d still like to eat lunch so I guess just put it on a regular bun which they did however when he had originally ordered he had asked for no pickles and no crispy onions and lo and behold he bring it back to the table and it has tons of pickles and tons of the onions on it. This is literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Also the kitchen staff were blatantly talking out loud very rudely about customers I just can’t even believe the experience that my family had. And I can’t get over that they were literally going to steal our money by not offering to fix or replace my husband’s food or give us our money back that he paid for his like are you kidding me.

Ordered 2 large fries and And double bacon original burger meals. Fries were not full in the container. Check out the window had them to refill the refill containers. Drive around to park because they did not have inside dining open and started eating. Noticed there was no bacon on either burger. Had to drive back around through the drive-thru and ask for them to be remade.

We placed an order through the app and said carry out because we were pulling a camper. My husband goes to open the door to go in and doors are locked. So we call and the guy said to walk up to the drive through. While we were waiting to be clear of cars in the drive through one of the worker brought out food to a car that was waiting for the rest of their order. So they couldn’t bring it out to us at the mobile order pick up but they will bring it out to someone else. Absolutely ridiculous. We also noticed that one of the employees was on their phone not working.

So I come to this particular Wendy’s and I have to 15.00 for food without the whole meal I ask for a 4 for 4 they have No fries they could not accommodate us at all. Horrible. Will never come back to this one. And to top it off I thought they close at 10pm no they are turning off the lights and the outside door is close. At 8:36 pm
