I completely understand if was close to the time for them to close BUT they had 45 minutes to go. They informed me when I ordered grilled chicken wraps that I could not get the grilled chicken I had to get crispy chicken because they were getting ready to close and all they had was the crispy chicken and they already had the grill cleaned. They also didn’t have any tea. I waited for my order for almost 25 minutes and he told me they had grilled the chicken and made what I wanted. I do not believe that since the chicken was room temperature and obviously hadn’t just come off the grill.

This Wendy’s has been freshly renovated and it is already a dump. Me and my fiancé ate in there today, the food was cold, the dining area and the cooking area were both filthy. The whole place was covered in flies. We went to sit down to eat our food and noticed the floor had not been swept nor mopped in a long while and the tables were dirty. The silverware area was not stocked and was dirty. The new drink machine was out of order so we had to ask for a refill. None of the employees offered to get us a refill (because they seen we took pictures of the areas) so the cook in the back had to come give us a refill while everyone else was goofing off. The front ordering area was nasty and needed to be wiped off with flies all over. There was a random, unprofessional, framed picture of an employee that said something about buying a cookie or a frosty (I post a picture with this review) so we were not really sure what that was all about. While we were sitting in the dining area eating our food, the employees were making throw-up noises. They were laughing abnoctiously loud and cursing up a storm including the “N” word. On our way out, I decided to take more pictures because they were all rudly staring at us and looked like they were going to say something to us but never did. Management should be ashamed that they let this place turn into a sespool. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Poorly managed Wendy’s. No scanner to get rewards or redeem rewards. Soda machine our of order in lobby. No strawberry shakes because they ran outta strawberry. No cookies. Ive never seen a Wendys with no cookies and when I asked an employee she seemed like she had an attitude and was looking to argue. I just had a question no need to say WHAT. It comes off as kinda rude. Never again will I go. Obviously they are trying to save money at the cost of customer service.

This store is just the worst. I have been here a few times and they always run out of something, but today I couldn’t even get my online order. Which I had to cancel because nobody answered at the speaker after 3-5 min wait and there was employees at the kitchen. I don’t know what’s wrong with this store, but I’m definitely not going back to it.

I ordered online, sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes, sat at the speaker for 5mins with still no one talking to me. I said hello and was told that they would be with me in a minute. I said, I have an online order can I not just pull up to get it? Was told rudely that they was short staffed an I could come in and get it or continue to wait. I canceled the order an drive away! Will not go back!

Went through drive-through and I ordered a number one and two double stacks but once we got all the way home in Murray County, my wife figured out the double stacks only had one piece of meat on it. This experience was so disappointing.

so i had been trying to be a customer here but the previous times i’ve gone and i order for stuff apparently they don’t have it so a few days ago i went and they said i couldn’t order anything the machine was down litterally on saturday night to be exact around 8 pm (july 9) then this morning july 12 i go to try out breakfast try it out and see if i start coming to wendy’s for breakfeast and recommend it to my friends but i go and as soon as i approached the window they said they had no biscuits i then ordered a coffee and they didn’t have coffee at the moment. so i only ordered fries and left very unsatisfied and unhappy! i hope ceo or managements sees this reviews and does something on inventory there are first time customers who will never return with an inconvenience like this specially back to back…. fries were delicious

I dont go here often because they are not very nice here or something is always wrong.i went here tonight. my chicken sandwich was spicy i ask for it to be not spicy. Then when i took a small bite of my sandwich the bun was molded. I took it bad the cook told me they was sorry and one of the cashiers but the manager laughed about it and never said anything.

This is the worst Wendy’s ever! Do yourself a favor and pick a different location. The manager and staff are beyond incompetent, it’s unreal. I keep coming back here, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but time and time again they mess up every. single. one. of. my. orders. I CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!
