Went in ordered a large blizzard. Payed for it. Stood there for 15 mins watching the crew play and joke around. Asked for a refund. Never got it then they said they would make it. Never got it. So I walked out with no cash no blizzard. Not impressed.

This is the third time I have eaten in there,and probably my last. Each time I have eaten there,my food has been delivered to me cold. Either sandwich one time,or fries another. If I want cold food I can eat at home.

Good food. We drove past another Dairy Queen to go to this one because it had dine-in. The ice cream was generous and well-blended. The food was good, but two in our group didn’t get their order. When they finally notified the staff, they apologized and brought out just one of the missing meals. When it was pointed out again, the last meal was delivered.

The last 2 times we have been at this location we have waited almost a half hour for a very small amount of food. First time was 1 blizzard and pretzels and tonight was 3 mini blizzards, 1 small blizzard and 3 chicken strips. While waiting we watch the “employees” mess around. Then get mad when they are reminded them that we are still waiting on items after watching several other people get their orders when they order after us. Never going back again!
