Multiple times I’ve gone in the morning for breakfast. 6:30am is the store hours posted. I’ve been there at times that vary from 6:35-7am, and have sat there in drive thru forever then just left. If y’all’s hours are different change it! If not then y’all need to figure out a different opening time!

Wendys in Chesterfield have the rudest staff member in the mornings. We (work) have tried to order from them many times and it is a repeat experience. She does not want our business. She even hung up on me today. I was giving a 2 hrs courtesy order to give them plenty of time. Also, the order was going to be the specials that they offer. Today was not the first time she has REFUSED our business. And I’m talking maybe 5 orders. When there is more than 2, I always call so as not to turn up and order several without some warning. One time we were even told no they didn’t want our order because DHEC was coming to inspect and they had to clean. Well guess what lady, if you don’t have business, you don’t have a job and there would also be no need for DHEC. There are plenty of other places that would appreciate the business. The sweet lady in the deli at Piggly Wiggly was happy to have the business.

Will not go back to this location very rude workers at drive thru .I took my Grandson out to get him a Wendy’s meal and the girl was raising her voice taking my order then after we got the order and pulled around just shoves the drink and bag out the window rolling her eyes this use to be a great place I don’t know what happened but I will never go back.

Very rude people at drive thru they have hollerd why trying to place your order because you couldn’t make out what they were saying they made sounds while trying to place your order never thank you come again or anything stare at you while handing you the bag of food just al around bad service never will go back there.

Went for breakfast, was very slow and still I waited a very long time for my order. Both the staff members I encountered had extremely bad attitudes towards me when I was nothing but kind and polite. The food was covered in grease and made me sick shortly after eating. I definitely will not be back. Go somewhere else!

Sign on the door says they open at 9am. Two female workers clearly seen me and my mother standing at the door at 9:28am. Neither came to unlock the door or say the dining room was closed. One was on her personal cell phone and looked at us again as she walked around the corner to the bathrooms as to not be seen but wasn’t out of sight as she stood there until we turned and left. If this is the way customers are to be treated, this store can go under for all I care.
