After waiting as the first car for quite some time, I ordered a meal and pulled away with my bag (because cars were now behind me). I noticed that there were no fries with my meal. As I went back through the drive thru (because the inside was closed), the guy asked what size fry I had. I told him “medium”. So I waited in line again (as the rest of my food got colder). When I got to the window, he gave me my medium fry. My complaint is that BK already has probably the smallest fry portions at sky-high prices for meals. With the inconvenience of missing an entire fry in a meal and making the customer go back through the line, I could have AT LEAST had my fry upsized. By asking me “What size?” and then giving me exactly that, it’s like you’re telling the customer point blank that you don’t care about their inconvenience or the rest of the food they do have that is getting cold while they wait.

Their machines that make frozen coke, shakes, AND the new Spider-verse frozen dessert is broken. Staff tell me it’s been broken for a year or more. Why? Can’t management or corporate call in a repairman to fix it. The last two summers and something frozen is a great treat to beat the summer heat. People would go there more frequently if those items were available. Please consider fixing it. I am not the only one with an addiction to cold treats.

They don’t even know how to make a sandwich properly. You ask for a sandwich without something, doesn’t matter you’re still gonna get it this isn’t a matter of we went there once and this happened. We’ve gone there like 10 times and they only got it right once.

Ive been going here for over a year now early in the afternoon probably 3 days a week they have only got my oder wrong 1 time, its the only fast food joint in urbana that i know the food is gonna be fresh 95 % of the time and the manager is great to his employees

I had a worker tell me, when trying to order a chocolate shake, that they “don’t sell shakes” in a very rude tone. I have had multiple instances of orders being wrong and workers being rude while ordering. I do want to know why they have shakes on their in person menu board and on the website if they “don’t sell shakes”.

Food was good it has gotten to be a little pricey but still good. Customer service does not exist anymore. The manager was rude and seemed to be stressed out and unable to do her job. Order was not right and even with receipt it was argued that I didn’t order something.
