First time at this location. Plenty of food options. Plentiful indoor seating. This location has a drive-thru. Though not the best service experience here. Ordering food felt a bit hurried. Left the restaurant and then noticed that I wasn’t provided utensils or napkins. Went back and noticed a self serve tray with the items I needed.

I asked for a bigger plate with bigger plate portions. This is a bigger plate with big plate portions. Had I known I was paying for the plate I would have gotten a smaller one, on top of my bigger plate small portioned dinner, I was charged an extra $1.25 for honey walnut shrimp? Placed an online order. Watched my order go on to the shelf. Waited for a few minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. There was no “I’ll be with you in a minute” nothing. And when I walked up to the counter to as for assistance the cashier was just rude. With an attitude. I understand rush hour but if you aren’t going to have a person designated to giving out and checking online orders then someone anyone needs to at least let people waiting know that they know you are there.

I ordered beer and broccoli through the app and I was sent Mongolian beef. Granted it is good, that’s not what I ordered. The food was good and slightly over cooked but it was absolutely not what I ordered. Never have a good experience going to this location. Last time I eat at panda!!!

Waited patiently for 5 minutes in drive thru for the worker to say ask for my order or to say they will be with me in a little, nothing , so I speak up and still nothing. I pull up to the window and there’s no one there so I sit there another 2 minutes. Finally there’s 3 girls w/ headsets that show up and one of them opens the window and I let her know what happened and she says “oh the other girl said she will be there” and I tell her there’s no sound on my end. So she says let me ask her if you can order at the window. She comes back and says I have to go through the drive thru again because she’s not going to take it. So I say again, I’ve been sitting there for 5 minutes, I say hello and still no response I come up to the window and there’s no one up here. And I have to go back around? And she says yes. So we stare at each other and I finally ask for a manager. I let the manager know what’s going on and that it’s not fair that I have to go through it again. (There’s 3 or 4 cars in line) thank you RUTH for being understanding, I would’ve went back in line if the girl didn’t throw high school attitude. Sorry you have to deal w/ workers like that.

We went to get dinner tonight and my father ordered brown rice with honey sesame chicken because the teriyaki chicken he wanted was unavailable for the millionth time. His bowl was only filled half away with rice and he had four pieces of chicken. I feel like it was a smaller portion than The kids meal. Very disappointing. We drive across town to that specific location because it is better than the one on 5600 W., but I feel like we wasted our time driving at this point. Hopefully the one in Magna will be better.

This location sucks. Got my order wrong again so decided to write a review. Not only was my order wrong, but the little parts in the container were not close to full. The one they did get right was the steak (which costs extra!) and there was 4 pieces of meat and they were not seared and mushy. Every time I have went to this location it has been terrible. Just go elsewhere.

Food is 8/10. The staff haaa ha unprofessional is putting it nicely. After I ordered my food the girl tells me okay go to the cashier and pay for it. So she can continue talking to the guy who works their. I ignored her so I could keep a eye on my food. If you don’t keep a eye on your food they will give you a tiny portion everyone is talking about . Teach your employees how to talk to people !
