I’m going to chalk this up to an off day because I’ve ordered from here before and actually enjoyed the food. This time, though, I ordered the Detroit Italian Beef Combo and something was definitely missing… like the Italian beef, the cheese, and honestly, the flavor.

The photos I posted are from the pizza I received compared to the one on their site and the difference speaks for itself. Along with that, I ordered the wings (fried extra), which were decent, but overall this meal just didn’t hit the mark.

A lot of people leave glowing reviews, and it makes me wonder is the standard for “good” food just really low, or did I catch them on a bad day? Either way, I know what this place is capable of, so here’s hoping this was just a fluke

Service needs some additional staff, may have been a short staff issue that day. It did get better as the evening went on. Elevator issues (only complaint). Food terrific! Ambiance great! Wish we could’ve stayed for the live band. Detroit style pizza did not disappoint. Nice to have a change of pace. Apps on point! Fried pickles are the bomb! We’re keeping this place on the shortlist.

Station 34 Bar & Restaurant in Mount Prospect is one of those spots that somehow nails everything—great vibe, great people, and food that makes you mad you didn’t come hungry enough.

First off: the food is legit amazing. Not “bar food good,” but actually good. The kind where you take a bite and immediately start planning what you’re ordering next time.

And the bar? Shoutout to Vince, the bartender—yes, he’s cute, and yes, the drinks are on point. Also, fair warning: Vince can be a little spicy… but like, in the best way. Quick with the banter, keeps it fun, and somehow makes the whole place feel like you’re a regular even if it’s your first visit.

If you want a place that feels local, lively, and consistently delivers, Station 34 is it. Come for the food, stay for the vibe… and maybe get roasted (affectionately) by Vince.

It was a busy night, but our waitress did wonderful. Food was good. Drinks were good. The bartender accommodated us for what we wanted. That’s worth a try.

Station 34 in Mount Prospect is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The service was top-notch—attentive without being intrusive.

We tried several dishes, and everything was delicious. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and portions were generous. It’s clear the team here takes great pride in what they do.

It’s a wonderful local spot, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. We can’t wait to go back! Five stars!

For a sports bar, the food menu is excellent. The ahi tuna nachos were 10/10! Everything else we ordered was delicious as well. Service was great all night. Wish there were a few more cocktails on the menu, but they do have a great beer selection!

Very disappointing experience. We waited about 20 minutes at the hostess stand with no acknowledgment. When my fiancé approached the hostess, she seemed bothered by our questions. After finally seating ourselves, multiple servers walked past us without saying anything. Nearly 30 minutes later, we were told the kitchen was closing in five minutes — even though we had been waiting the whole time. The staff’s attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As people of color, we did not feel comfortable or welcomed here. Definitely not the experience we expected in our new neighborhood.

Food was decent! Got the buffalo chicken wrap and it tasted extremely fresh, but the star was the mound of fries that were heavy enough to feed 2! They were a bit busy and the server a bit inattentive and the atmosphere is just another sports bar. However we will be back to try the pizza at which time I’ll edit this review.

This is currently my favorite local pizza place. I always get the ‘Detroit Style’ pepperoni. It’s so good. They have a great beer selection and a ton of TVs for sports and I’ve even gone here for a UFC event. The place can get loud when there is a live band. If you sit upstairs it isn’t as bad, but still pretty loud so be prepared. It doesn’t bother me, but if someone in your group is sensitive to sound just be aware of that. Parking can be a pain at times. Pro tip is park across the street, on the street, by the bakery.
