I have been a Wendy’s fan for decades, since childhood. This one is better than most, but not the best in my opinion. Like many the tables are all dirty but not gross. The bathroom and floor are decent and seem well maintained. Seems like a newer restaurant. It’s hit or miss with customer service. Not horrible just not as friendly as I expect at a Wendy’s.

No effort by the owners of this franchise to fix the problems of this location for well over a year. It’s plain from the reviews that this location has sunk, and they’ve made zero effort to change. Poor management is the answer. Likely promoted the wrong person, and the old staff that were decent left, and the new hires are both incompetent, and have the attitude of being there to collect a paycheck. The McDonald’s across the bridge from this Wendy’s has had the exact opposite approach. They’ve improved drastically, so if you’re needing a quick meal go across the bridge. It’s an easier shopping center to get in and out of anyway.

Went through drive thru on the way to work. Was given wrong food. Called in to rectify situation. Manager was very argumentative and told me I received right food. Was given no receipt but I know what I ordered was correct. Terrible way to conduct business. Own up to your mistakes and take care of customers. Will not be going back.

I didn’t have a good experience at this particular Wendy’s. I went here late Wednesday evening and I ordered their two for $6 bacon cheeseburgers and then one of their planko fish sandwiches for $4.59 and then two strawberry lemonades, because they were out of the new melon lemonade. I came around to pay no one was at the window, then I went to the receiving window and no one was there to take payment. Then a staff member came over and took my card for payment, then he scooped up the ice into our cups and made the lemonades. He passed the drinks to me. Then after waiting for another 5 minutes they gave me a small bag and there were only two sandwiches in there. I said excuse me, there’s supposed to be 3 sandwiches total. He said what did you order again? I told him the two for Six and then a separate planko fish sandwich. Then I waited for another few minutes and he gave me another bag with the other burger in it. I proceeded to drive off and then noticed all of the food was not even hot, it was just slightly warm. I just kept going, but I will probably not be going back to that Wendy’s in particular. The service was not good.

The food was ok, after I warmed it at home. The service was lousy. No courtesy at the window. The atmosphere was rushed. They were in a hurry to close up shop, so they just threw the food in the bag. The food was not hot! They did not mention what window to pull up to after we placed the order. Will not be returning.
